Mom sure that kid doesn't have any anemia ?
Mom had any type of anemia before or after pregnancy(asking again)? any Pernicious Anemia diagnised at that time?

I think banging head is ok with the kid from Psychological view, ;;;, some kids pull their own hair so hard to get pain in order to cry for attention ;;;

He banged his head yesterday.
He enjoyed a lot. he would not make any any facial expression while banging his head he looks serious .
He soaked in sweating while nap. he likes to cover himself when is cold . I feel he has no problem in covering only he sometimes does not want to cover.
he coughs after eating anything and in the night . his coughing is more just after waking up. cold weather and eating foods makes his cough worse.His nails are very small and sharp and pink in color.Now he has no white spots on his fingernails. he likes to laugh with his brother and with me if we do funny stuff with him. he is smiles a lot at everyone . people like him because he always give them smile. he does sleep 2-3 hrs at onne times , he slept 4-5 hrs in the past after fever . Today he is still sleeping it is 5 hrs now that is strange and I am happy also.

Dr sharma, i had no anaemia during and after delivery . I had some low folic acid but no anaemia . he also does not have any aneamia his blood iron was normal 1 months ago.

it is very strange todya , its been 5 hrs of his sleeping and does not seems to be wake up . He has no sweating on his head also.

John , I will call pharmacy today . Tell me what do I tell them and also all medicines cost 30-40$ or just one medicine , if one then that case i will buy separately and will make according to ur advise . I need advise for my elder son he has dental carie in 3 teeth one is permanant and dentist advised for metal caps. Please advise medicine to save his permanant tooth.

I returned from Holi vaction. Do u peoples celebrates Holi there or not?
I take a brief look on your child case.
Does he gained any weight within last two weaks.
I think unless any acute condition develops only silicia should be administred if there is any improvement. Be patient unless there is any acute emergency.
What about his appetite and playing habit.
Spend some quality time with him he must improve further.
