Any possible cause? What did for last two-three hours before warm again?
Being dull or restless with fever?
Fever with chill or presipiration.
When fever ask to drink water and notice his thirst.
Regarding current sitution do not be panic and try to give symptoms accordingly.

he has got fever again , he was ok during the day , played well . 2 hrs ago i felt his body hot so i gave fever reducing medicine .he is dull when has fever and with some prepiration.he is also thirsty .i don't know cause of his fever he was at home whole day .

Fever is an indictor of internal health.
What is need for fever reducing medicine?
One should not try allopathic medicine to just lower down body temperature.
Child should not given such medicatin unless there is very high fever.
They have not to do a job or any important task.
Just apply cold pads for lower the temperature always first

so fever has returned at night with thirst, dullness, and what about chilly or hot (i think he is hot and desire) if yes gave him one dose of Sulphur 30C 2-3 globules in one glass water and one teaspoon from this this would help him great.

Dr Rakesh , today my son is feeling much better , did not get fever now he has loose motion which he might have got from antibiotic injection and thick nasal discharge . yesterday night he had spasmodic cough and i gave him Ipecac 30c . He is getting this kinds of cough while sleeping only .
i was giving him baby Motrin which is juct like paracetomol to reduce his fever . i gave him because he had 103.7 f temp and was not able to sleep .

There is night when i am posting if you are able to see this post in morning then you should gave the child three dose of sulphur 30c at 10 minute interval.
Maintain hydration.
Note diarrhea charactrestics as we need this in future if it is not controlled.
I am hoping it would be fine after Sulphur.

My son has no fever now but he has runny nose and slight cough with noisy chest . he has been having greenish stool for the last 2 day but no increase of stool today . His mood is very irritable and wants me around him all the time.
I had only one granule of Sulphur so i gave him .Should i buy more give him.?

Dr Rakesh , i gave one dose of PUL 200c . Should i repeat if yes then when ? Also he had one vomiting after drinking milk in the night . Now a days he has been cough just after drinking milk .

my constitution voting is on 23 rd . I am thinking of voting for Loksatta party under the leadership of Dr.Jayaprakash Narayana IAS , an ex officer sincere who got footballed by politicians and corrupt seniors and resigned after that. Well, the chances of his winning (or the party) are almost nill. But still, I 'd vote for his party for it has eminent educationists, professors, and common employees.

Dr Rakesh , Should i repeat another dose of PUL 200c . He is feeling much better but still has runny nose . His vomiting is gone .
