How was ur holi celebration. We do celebrate holi here but festivals and all other thing on weekend only . Sometimes we celebrate at home or in madhir or in community centers.
My son has not gained any weight . Sometimes he eats well ,if he overeats he vomits . he plays very well with his toys and with other kids .

I am confused about bellandona you have written bellodona 2 times and in one no potency mentioned . Please tell me which one to buy . What about other medications for last two weeks.
If none, then gave him Silicea 30 C 3 globules or 1 drop three times at 10 minute interval.
After seeing its response, i would consider any other constitiutional medicine for your child.

Dr Rakesh , How are you doing ? i am not doing well got severe sinus infection which i get every winter and in spring . You are woriied about my son thank you for that. He is doing much better now has gained weight and sometimes he is sleeping well but still gets after 3-4 hrs . He still has cold with thick nasal discharge with some noisy chest but no cough . i took break for his treatment as i was feeling i have became over anxious over his health and wanted to give time to see his health.He has gotten 4 teeth and those are very tiny and he is grinding them very much . Do you think it is normal ?also he has very slow dentition process . What could be the cause ?

Dr Rakesh , sorry for late reply. I did not give him Silicia . Now a days he has gas and flatulance and very thick nasal discharge . please advice medicine for him . Update on his health.

Do you think last dose of silicia 200 worked for your son? or anything else?
Do you change his food items? what his food items consist now these days?

I don't know about which thing worked for him . yes there is change in his diet , eating solid food no more baby food for him . He is eating bread , rice ,roti vegetables , fruits, cookies and drinking juice . he is been gasy for the 2-3 weeks and his nasal problem never stop.

It is about 10 am there when i see your post and hoping your son would be somewhat better.
Your recent post typically indicates an pneumonia attack.
But in the view of your son's past history it may be an asthmatic attack due to weather change and fever may be due to some thermal imbalance associated with.
If he has some runny nose and frequent cough then he may have a viral infection.
Each of these condition is worrisome as it would held the development of your child.
With regards to medicine
if he is dull, feeling hot, thirstless, desire open air, and wants more care then you should give him Puls 30c three dose at 10 minute interval.
If he is thirsty, chilly, restless, desire to be carried out, red cheeks, kicking and crying then gave him Chammomila 30c at 10 minute interval three times.
If he is dull, chilly, thirsty, angry when distrubed, desiring covering then Gave him Nux Vom 30c at 10 minute interval.

My son got ear infection in both sides and viral sore throat ,his chest is clear .
His Dr prescribed him an antibiotic . today he has fever 103.7 and one vomiting. he is not eating solid just drinking milk and water.he has also got runny nose and watering from eyes and red cheek . i gave one dose of chammomila 30c in the morning but no change in his condition.

I am assuming ear effusions given his chronic nasal obstruction and it is much stressful having a viral infection in comparision to pneumonia and other condition.
Does he is touching the ears?
Gave him plenty of fluids, use an extra pillow while sleeping, may give her some chicken soup, or warm salty tomato soup.

in the evening . He got fever 101.7 after 1 hr of dose so i gave him fever medicine . he is feeling ok after medicine like he is playing but not drinking milk . he ate little bit solid .hereis update of his condition.

If you decide against antibiotic then you should have extra care of your son.
You should have a close eye on his fever as this is an indication of his health.
Make a time sheet for his fever.
You should gave him Ferrum Phos 6x 3-4 pills in lukewarm water three times a day for four days.
Gave another dose of Puls 200C by disolving 2-3 pills in one glass pure water and give one teaspoon of this water at 1 hour interval.
Try to supplement her as much as possible.
Can use children vitamin drops available.

Wait for response. ANTIM TART has helped in the past and is indicated for your child. Do you have Ferrum Phos 6x or 12x or 30c at home? If yes, gave it also in between. Pulsatilla should be given alternately.
So wait for 4 hour and then give Puls if there is improvement or not, in both condition

When fever ask to drink water and notice his thirst.
Regarding current sitution do not be panic and try to give symptoms accordingly.
