Dr Rakesh , It seems he got another episode of cold and cough . Since morning he is coughing and sneezing . He has runny nose all the time since morning . His present condition is -

Yes I gave him Pul 30c one day before . Discharge is yellowish and thick . No there is eye discharge . He goes ouside in cold only for during walking to the car . I put to daycare1 month ago . He goes there only for 3-4 hrs . Now it is 2.40 am here and he is coughing since 1 am . I have tried vick but no use.

So it is early morning when you now updated and your previous ones were from last morning. Do you notice any changes after Puls. Describes cough in some detail. It is started on 1:00. Does after mid night is usual time to get him cough. Does cough is spasmodic i.e. comes in a group 8-10 coughs at a time. Does he vomits after coughing or not.
Note he will bring sputum only vomiting. You have mentioned that after Bryonia he vomited, etc.

Of note if discharge is yellowish greenish then it is not a fresh cold. It is old one which get aggravated by any factor

It is now 5.40 he slept for 2 hrs only,still coughing . He is getting up after waking up. His cough is spasmodic ,this is the first time he is coughing this much . He vomits after cough only sometimes..I am feeling he is coughing more after Pulsatilla. I don,t know what aggravating his cough.His present condition is - Runny nose++ thin this time

I self medicating him again I gave him one of Ant tart and I feel his cough is slightly better. I did not know what to do when i saw him in such painful cough so I gave him Ant tart.

After how many hours from puls dose you notice aggravation.
I can understand your sitution, it is okay if you given any medication advised eariler but try to match symptoms for which medication was advised.
I am wondering as your doctor said that chest clear then why he has too much breathing difficulty.
Breathing should be okay when he has runny nose.
Does both nostrils are running or only.
Reply soon as much as posible maily how much hour after you notice aggravation.

It is a very good medicine when the common cold turned into his last statge i.e pruluent discharge, but in your child this stage has prolonged which is not usual.
What about her ears symptoms effusion.

I gave him Pul around 10am before he went to daycare . His teacher said he was playful and ate some homemade food but he was coughing a lot . He was ok in the evening with some cough and lot of runny nose . It was 1.00am he woke up with coughing and he kept on coughing untill 3.30 then he slept for2 hrs then he woke up again at 5.40 started coughing again but this time he was much better in coughing and with lots of nasal discharge. He played and drank some milk and now he sleeping .

His ear seems to ok as he not crying or pulling his ear. He got ear infection before and I gave Pul 200c one dose only and got better . That time he did not get any aggravation.

Dr Rakesh , I gave him Pul 200c so far 3 doses . He has improvement in his cough and cold . He still has lot of nasal congestion and feeling very weak ,does not wants to walk . He was very cranky in the morning ,I am feeling he has teething pain . I felt some swollen gum . His cheeks are little red. Please tell me what to do.

He was coughing again at 11.30pm which was again spasmodic but less severe than before . He gets cough after waking up and after drinking milk. I gave him dose of Ant Tart in the night and got better. Today morning he has very thick nasal discharge . He looks very tired and not playing very much.

He is feeling better, has little nasal congestion as wellslight chest congestion. I did not give Ferrum phos yet,will start from tomorrow.
Yesterday he was coughing badly again so I gave one dose of ANT Tart and he felt better.Is it ok to give Ant tart if he is coughing in the night?

teething is to be consided---check mouth--explain what i sobseved--also touch gums--rub and note reflex to this...touch also below ears along neck feel around nd relate back what is noticed--as well infants response---i think it wiseif infnt cranking---to dose with chamomilla---30c only --one water dose only---

Also my elder son was complaining of toothache today . I checked his teeth and there is blackness in his upper tooth. Please me some medicine for him . Is there any treatment of dental carrie in homeopathy.one more thing I forgot to tell you that his gums are appear black now-a- days

I want treatment for his some behavioral issue . please let me know when should write in details about his problem.

Dr Rakesh ,I am waiting for your reply . Yesterday ninght my younger was coghing after waking up . He is still sweating a lot on his head even in the cold.
I understand why he can,t sleep more 2-3 hrs in the night he gets 2-3 times in the night . I have been giving him Ferrum phos for the last 2 days . Please tell me what to do.
