I am feeling very guilty of giving him alfaalfa malt .i am feeling his appetite got effected by this. He is looking very sick with cold and cough not eating much . 4 months ago he got cold and cough and i gave him Chamomilla and he got better .this time also his symptom are matching with chamomilla but i am afraid to give without any advise .plz advise what to do?

Yes you and anybody should not give any tonic specially to child and old as much as possible.
People also should not urge physicians to prescribe a tonic. He will tell when it is needed.
Regarding Five Phos, up until now I had seen no side effects and for me it is safe.
If symptoms are matching you should give Chammomila.
How about weather there if it is rainy then it would work well.

Dr Rakesh , My son did not get better after 3 doses of Chamomilla ,still have runny nose and cough .He has continous nasal discharge mostly in daytimes ----it is thick as well as thin ,sometimes it is greenish yellow . He is coughing after eating or drinking . Yesterday he vomitted just after drinking milk . Today he was very cranky ,crying for no reason i also noticed his arms,hnads ,legs and feet are colder than his body . he is very aggressive ,tries to scratch everyone . He is licking everythings . please advise .

Today he is feeling much better now but still have runny nose and cold hands and feet. My main concern now is his too much nasal discharge even after 2 weeks .

Much nasal discharge should not be of concern.
You should try your best to hydrate him.
You should still wait for one or two days.
As i can remember I think the child has some element of acid reflux that causes intermittent problems with irritability as he is in discomfort.

Dr Rakesh , his doctor was suspected acid reflux but did not give any treatment .I want to tell you he is restless in the night ,sleep on his tummy and put his feet under pillow or space b/w wall and bed or sometimes under by legs . Do you think he might have some tummy probelms?

Probably your doctor thought it is a short term problem, but I think it recurs quite frequently.
Acid reflux also is a tummy problem.
However, what about his condition now.

He has gaines wt and ht but still looks small as compare to his age group . His appetite was also good before . My main concern now his restless sleep and aggressive behaviour like hitting and jumping fearlessly .

Which time he mostly restless in night.
Any idea what causes him restlessness i.e. sleeping alone, nightmares, warm/chilly room, overeating, or eating anything particular dinner. Look at dinner stuff. Do anything particular made him worse.
What things make him then calm i.e. talking, carrying, drinking water, light in room.

i was out of town on vacation so i did not check any mails . My son is doing good now but his bowels movement are increased to 3-4 times after vacation. His sleep is better now only cries sometimes , tries to puthis legs under somethings while sleeping ,sleeps on pillow , mostly sleep on his tummy.He has no fear to jump from sofa or beds , always copy elder kids , gets angry very easily , very adamant . I don,t feel any difference in foods intake .he wants everything from my elder son if won't give him then he will cry so much.

my son is still having 3-4 stools everyday and it has very awful smell . When i give him Sulphur it is normal on thatday but next day it come back to same 3-4 times . He is showing lots of temper tantrum if he wants something and does not get it ,he willstart throwing things . Last week he has his wellnes check up and had vaccination .He is improved in wt and decrease in height scale which is worrying me . Please suggest if I can do something to gain good ht also what can be given to avoid ill effects of vaccinations.

You should give him Sulphur 200C three dose at 10 minute interval in morning.
Report three days after.
Your child can do better if you give Sulphur 30C three dose one day before next vaccination.

I want to update on my son health. His bowel movement 2 times in a day but it is sticky and green in color.since yesterday he has runny nose but no fever cough or sneezing much. His eating habits is getting bad day by day. He does not want to eat any homemade food even if he is hungery . Today morning he did not eat anything just 2 biscuits and milk ,may be because of stuffy nose .Is there anything to increase his appetite ?,i give him alfalfa honey in his milk everyday.

I do not advise my child patient to be given any tonic mainly homeopathic because I am not sure about its content and had seen serious bad effects; however, cannot say about your alfaalfa honey.

I don,t know cause of his runny nose he just get it from nowhere . He has stuffy nose all the time and discharge is thick transparent sometimes yellowish.

Dr Rakesh, My is nit feeling well even after 2 doses of puls30c instead he is more sick now . He has been coughing and doing vomiting after eating or drinking . He had 2 vomiting so farjust after food . His head is warm but body is normal to touch . His nasal discharge is thin and copious now and breathing by mouth . His heartbeat and breathing is fast . he is very irritable and angry .
