You can increase the Nat Phos 6x to 4 tablets taken 3 times daily to help your constipation.

I hope that you understand that the eventual cure of Anal problems may take a few months as you can read from the many patients who have recorded their progress on this Thread.

You will have to be patient and follow my instructions carefully as you progress towards a cure.

Surgery is NOT an option as there is no guarantee of a cure as with every surgical episode you will have to face the danger of anesthesia which is a major factor to which you will be exposing yourself.

I forget to bring to your notice that everyday I have to go to toilet for 3-5 times and always feel that faeces is inside rectum which need to be expelled. Moreso I am also expelling a lot of gas from anus.
Please also confirm whether I can eat onion, garlic, chinese food or not as I have stopped eating the same.

Joe, will this treatment also work for hemorrhoids or just fistula and fissure?

I have read all the pages of this topic. I must say i m very impressed the way you are helping the humanity selflessly! You are the life saviour for thousands of patient around the world which is why your 'Jeopathy' is so famous!!!

I am a 25 years male. Since 2002, I have an opening 6 inches above my anal hole. From this opening puss and bloods comes out but the pattern of oozing is very irregular! I mean it may continue for months with unbearable pain and it may become completely inactive for months no matter i eat chillies or spices! had no pain or oozing 4 the past 6 months but intense pain, pus and blood has started oozing from 11th August. But I mention it again that NO BLOOD OR PUSS OOZE FROM THE ANAL HOLE. It only comes from the opening that is located 6 inches above the anal hole. Moreover i also suffer from diarrhea frequently. I took allopathic medicines and some tibetan herbal medicines in 2002 but then for the last so many years i hadnt taken medicine wotsoever as it heals itself. However i now want a permanent cure as i ahve to find a job. Can i use the renowned jeopathy for this??

I have noted from the last 56 pages that I must avoid chillies, red meat, alcohol, coffee, cola drinks, preserved meat. 2 or 3 ppl also advised to avoid garlic but since i will be following ur jeopathy religiously, i want u to advise regarding garlic.

What about milk, should it be avoided??

One last question, my father has already purchased for me Arnica 30 (Arnica Montana) 10 ml dilution with 90% Alcohol. But no 'X' or 'C' is mentioned. Is it ok??

What is spring water?? does it mean the mineral water packed by Nestle??

Are you OK. I am waiting for your reply to my earlier question on this page. My pain has again decreased. So please confirm whether I should take Silicia 6x 2tab/3 times daily or shall reduce the dose to 2 times daily. Pus is still coming out from abscess operation. Please also confirm whether the Arnica dose preparation as written by me earlier on this page is correct or not.

I do not understand the reason why you cannot make the Arnica in the manner that I have detailed from the Liquid Dilution in Ethanol. It is important that you do it yourself as you then know positively that you have done your best as instructed by me.

Refrain from eating and drinking the food and drink you have specified.

Eat normal home cooked food and drink plenty of water up to 3 ltrs daily.

Where precisely is this hole ?
Up, down or sideways ?

How did this lesion start in 2002 ?

You can certainly drink milk.

See a doctor preferably a surgeon and report his diagnosis to me.

Your dad seems to have got the correct product. Arnica 30 is usually 30c but you can have it confirmed by your supplier.

Spring water is Bisleri or Nestle. They are both still waters not mineral.

1) I would know if there is any adjustment to the doses and should I move to another treatment to aid in prevention ( besides the Arnica)

2) In the long term, is there an adjusted wet does of the Arnica, or am I to take it 3x a day forever?

You can now amend your therapy as follows:

Arnica twice daily can be used safely for the rest of your life
Nat Phos to be used as necessary to keep stools soft
Ferr phos twice daily
AB ointment to be used only if you have any burning sensation after a stool

No Silicea of course.

You are now cured of your Fistula but you will still have to observe the taboos like Alcohol, Chillie Hot foods, all preserved meat products like sausages, ham and bacon (Saltpeter) Red Meats.

Drink plenty of liquids preferably water up to 3 ltrs daily and maintain a daily routine of exercise to sweat it out for at least half hour.

Report your progress from time to time to keep me informed of your progress.

However recently about a week ago my abscess just got worse and started to drain little by little but there is two abscesses. one is draining little but the other one does not have a cut its on right side by the leg area. It is very painful and I am not able to walk properly. Can you give me some suggestions.

I feel that it is time that you consulted a surgeon to diagnose the extent of the damage of your 'Horseshoe Fistula' You will appreciate that treating a Fistula without any visual contact is extremely difficult and virtually impossible. It is just that I have some sixth sense that enables me to do so with some success as you can see on this thread.

It is the lesion you describe:
'the other one does not have a cut its on right side by the leg area'
that I am concerned with as I do not know exactly where on the right side of your leg area, your lesion is located. It is possible that you may have to get this second lesion opened up to enable the pus and other debris to be expelled.

There is just one more remedy that I can think of which can help it to open up --- Myristica Sebifera 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily. This is known as the Homeopathic Knife and I would like to give it a chance of opening your lesion up without surgery.

In the meanwhile you can reduce the dose of Silicea 6x to just 2 tablets which you will take twice daily.

I note that you have not mentioned the internal massage with the Antibiotic Ointment and would like to have your confirmation that you are using it as directed.

If you are not using it, this can be the reason for your lesion not healing on schedule.

Dear Joe, as one of the doctors i`ve seen told me i have a fistula, i now wonder if that is true. Many of your patients say that thay have an opening near tha anus, and i dont have that. In my case the pus is coming from inside the anus. Could this be an abcess or/and an internal fistula?

Myristica S is of no use to you right now as your Abscess is draining. It is only to be used if the abscess is not draining.

You can take the following:

I am a fistula patient from last 2 years. I have gone the thread. I want to undergo treatment under you.

Brief History of my case:

It started with very little pain in anal region in March,2008 and doctors (allopathy) that I consulted gave me some medicines which treated that pain. But Last year in May2009, I had pain with discharge (Watery some time mucous). I undergone MRI which showed a small calcification at 9'O clock.Doctors suggested fistulotomy which decided not to go with. I opted for Homeopathy treatment. I was benefited in starting but improvement did not take place since last 9 months. So I stopped his treatment in June 2010 and currently on Ayurveda medicines. I do not have detials of my previous HomeTreatment as Doc did not gave me prescritions :(

Currently I feel pain with watery discharge (no mucous from last 3 months). Earlier I had one small lump just near my ano, recently I feel that one more lump is there about 1 cm from previous lump.

I shall copy the therapy I have pioneered and prescribed to patients who suffer from FISTULA, FISSURE AND ABSCESS of the Anus. The majority of those who have used my therapy aka 'Joepathy' have confirmed that they have benefitted from this therapy and many have confirmed that they have been cured.

I shall note the Remedies prescribed below:

Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to expel the pus from the lesion.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose a capful of the bottle taken thrice daily to increase the flow of blood which in turn will help to rebuild the tissue.
Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily after meals to soften the stools.
Ferr Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to improve the quality of the blood to help heal the lesion.
Antibiotic Ointment like Polyfax or equivalent which is used internally on the tip of a gloved finger inserted into the anus after every bowel movement to keep the bacterial count as low as possible in the lesion.
Do not use toilet paper after a BM. Use a Hand Spray device instead available at Wal Mart which is a DIY fit.
No Alcohol, Red meat, Coffee and Sausages, Ham and Bacon as they are loaded with Saltpeter. No canned beverages like Coke. Do not eat hot (Chillie hot) food if you live in India.
Drink at least 3 ltrs water daily and exercise moderately.


The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
If this is not available the Dry dose in pellets may be use but this is not as effective as the remedy in the original Ethanol pack which can be ordered from the ABC.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.
