Dear Nawaz,

Yesterday I had 2 cups of rice with leafs curry and 1/2 cup of curd rice.

And these are the remedies I took yesterday

Berberis Vulgaris Q, 3 Doses
Ruta 200C, 2 doses
Hypericum 200C, 2 doses
Calendula 200C, One dose

Today after waking up I feel the pain is reduced, I dont see any pus or blood now. and I just want to update you that the pimple kind of thing which I refereed in my earlier post 'pimple kind of thing comming out at the end of fistula track. ' which is making the pain.

I received my shipment today. I have on hand:

Berberis Vulg homepathic tincture

Carduus Marianus homepathic tincture

Staphysagria 200ck pellets

Calcarea Sulphurica 200ck pellets

Calendula Off. 200ck pellets

Sulphur 200ck pellets

During the last two days, I have drained twice - once each day. The spot (fills like a large pimple) feels uncomfortable until it drains yellowish pus, with a little blood tinge. It feels better after drainage. I have been taking sitz baths for relief (and maintain cleanliness).

I developed a bad cold yesterday - sinuses and sore throat. I did take an OTC cold remedy this morning for the sore throat and my thyroid medication today but have not taken anything else yet.

Could you please advise what and how I should take? Thank you!!!!

Dear Nawaz,

I am feeling a bit comfortable since yesterday. Pain is reduced. The swelling is still there as it was before. I had only couple of drops of pus(Whitish Yellow) discharge mixed with blood yesterday.

I want to check BVQ Dose will be completing today.
'Berberis Vulgaris Q, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 4 days. '. Please suggest if I still need to continue BVQ or stop it. please let me know if I need to take any other remedies.

And bhai, I have one more concern. Can I take the pills instead of dilutions. Its becoming very difficult to carry dilutions to office because of the alcoholic smell. will there be any difference between dilutions and pills. Please suggest.

Well, my period did start this afternoon. I have had two doses out of the three of the Berberis Vulgaris today but I will stop it now (and for the next week).

Should I start anything else in the interim?

I have discomfort...I wouldn't call it pain (more like an annoyance reminding me it is there). No drainage so far today. So far, it seems this discomfort is the start before it drains - it fills/enlarges and feels uncomfortable, drains and then feels better.

- Fistula (near anus, was operated on 3 months ago, sitz baths regularly, no results)
- Exyma (hands mainly) in winter
- Hair loss (lots of hair compated to other guys)
- Respiratory allergy (coughing, sneezing)
- Irritable bowel syndrom (no inflamatoy disease)
- Tonsiles are filled with white things all the time.
- Test for food intolerance was very severe, allergies on bread, milk and spices (the food allergist dr was afraid and thought i had CD, after the colonoscopy the dr that did that said i didnt have nor cd nor celiac disease).
- white tongue (but my dentist says its ok, maybe i open my mouth when i sleep, i disagree)

Down the road, you will need Calc Sulph 12X, Calc Sulph 200C, Berberis Vulgaris Q, Calendula 200C and Psorinum 200C. Please get these remedies asap.

Report progress after 3 days. Also will get Calc Sulph 12X, Calc Sulph 200C, Berberis Vulgaris Q, Calendula 200C and Psorinum 200C but will only use them down the road (as in the near future and not now), is that correct?

Also is there anything I should be doing / stop eating.

I found all the medicine except Calc Sulph Q, which they only do as calc sulph 200 (maximum doze). Is that ok?

Also they only have pills. Can you please advise whether the dose change for the Nux Vomica 30C? As in pills insread of drops? Thanks a lot.

Took Ferrum Phos 200C in the morning and continuing with my regular doses of 'Berberis Vulgaris Q, 3 Doses, Ruta 200C, 2 doses
Hypericum 200C, 2 doses Calendula 200C, One dose '. Just want to confirm do I need to continue Ferrum Phos 200C dose again or only once does.
and now at the same time, I want to start my treatment for acidity as the acidity going high now a days. please suggest the remedies that need to be taken. and at the same time I have dust allergy I have checked with Doctor and as per doctor its asthma in primary stages. Please suggest whether I need to start treatment for acidity and asthma now or shall I wait for my problem with fistula cured.

There was in error in my previous email. In summary:
I found all things except Berberis Vulgaris Q as they only have Berberis Vulgaris 200C. Also they only have pills. Do you know how does that affect the dosage? I will start with 4 pills of Nux Vomica and get back to you in 3 days so you instruct me how to proceed with the rest of the medication, ok?

Calendula Officinalis 200 C
Calcarea Sulfurica 07CH (been tolf its equivalent to 12X)
Berberis Vulgaris 200 C instead of Q
Psorinum 200C

I am waiting on the Cal Sul 200C, it will be here on tuesday. Please note that after checking with them, they mentioned that Berberis Vulgaris 200 C is the highest dose available in the market. Can you please propose alternatives?!

I just called them, they do not have the BV 1X

They also said that the medicine should be taken away from water. Can you please advise on how to dissolve them in water (4 pills) since they do not naturally disolve as I ve tried.

The store didn't have Belladonna 200C but did have 30X so I bought that. Is this an acceptable replacement?
