Many thanks for your reply on 18th June to my query. I did not receive notification of a reply so I am a little late in replying to you. Just a quick question - with regard to the Myristica Sebifera 30c. I assume that I should, again (Like the arnica 30c), get the liquid extraction of the Myristica Seb 30c in 87% alcohol as you suggest for all wet doses? Or will the pellet form be sufficient if I cannot get this?
And how long should I use the Myrist Seb 30c wet dose for - just as long as there seems to be pus accumulating or continue for 2-3 months with the other remedies? My apologies for all the questions. Thank you also for suggesting the ring cushion - I do use one of those and also a neck cushion to sit on occasionally. A thousand thank yous to you Joe for all your help and support to everyone. Another update from me, Raj. Oozing is still there a little and when I squeeze I can still see 1-2 drop pf PUS and some liquid. I am out of Silicea as you mentioned but continuing everything else.

Only Arnica Montana 30ch pills were available. Is that ok? Please advise.

Also only Ferr Phos 6 ch was available instaed of Ferr Phos 6X as u have mentioned. Are both the same?

RIght now I would like to drop the Silicea as your problem does not seem to warrant using it.

Order the Arnica 30c Liquid Dilution in Ethanol as this is more effective than the pellets. I presume you live in the US and you can mail order it and the other remedies from :

Ferr Phos 6x is not the same as 6ch. 6ch will not help you. You need the Biochemic Cell salt.

Fucidin cream is not powerful enough. Can you get Neosporin ointment ?

This ointment must be applied very carefully as deep inside as you can insert a gloved finger to keep the bacteria under control.

If you notice any pus discharging, please alert me for further therapy.

Myristica Seb 30c in best used in the Liquid Dilution of which you will only use 3 drops in a 400ml bottle of spring water. The pellets are not recommended to be used over a period of time while the Wet dose can be used for as long as is required.

If you can squeeze the pus out you are equalling the function of Silicea to some degree.

It is the Arnica that will cure your problem by rebuilding the tissue internally thereby blocking the Fistula.

I have been taking your remedy combination of Silicia 6x (twice a day), Arnica 30c liquid mixed water (1 spoonful twice a day) and the Ointment after every bowel movement for the last FOUR YEARS NOW BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I even increased the potency of Silicia to 200x (as it is more effective than 6x for me). At best, your remedy has only helped to CONTAIN the fistula, but HAS NOT CURED IT AT ALL.

Just to remind you of my case, I have a very small single fistula (about 4mm in diameter) near my anus (less than one inch from the anus) which oozes pus when squeezed. Have to drain it once every 3-4 days approximately.

What do you suggest I should do now? Continue with your remedy forever?

Homeopathy by definition doesn't accept the notion of 'this for that'.

As I have been pointing out time and again I am yet to see a permanent cure for this problem through the standard protocols.

This problem has a tendency of waxing and waning even when no medicine is used. Some seekers attribute the waning that naturally happens to the remedies they are taking but in the long run will know the futility of these protocols.

People ask me many times about what to do. Do they have to lift their hands and live with it? Can't homeopathy treat this problem? etc.etc.

Homeopathy can definitely cure this problem. But not in a forum set up. You need to find a good practitioner who knows the philosophy of homeopathy and who has a high cure rate not only with this problem but in general.

That means he views the problem holistically and not in isolation.

Fistula/ fissure is because of some inherent dyscrasia and unless that is eradicated the problem will keep recuring.

I feel sorry that people are given false hopes. It is one thing to try the empirical treatment with the knowledge that it may or may not work. The disapppointment will be minimal in such cases.

But, those who undertake such treatments beleiving the claims that it cured a large number miraculously suffer more and go into depression thinking that there is no hope for them as the miracle that happened to so many didn't happen to them. They start blaming themselves and live in despair.

I have no objection if any one tries this or any other protocol. But keep your fingers crossed.

If it works well and good. If not.. still there is hope.

Many years ago I remember taking your case and also remember that you were very critical of my therapy which had helped many and had also cured some who used it as you can read from the responses of patients on this thread. I remember your case as I believe that you are a musician like me and I still enjoy playing my Steinway Grand at age 81 although I do not spend the standard 2 hours that I used to spend daily on practice a few years ago. It is unfortunate that my Joepathy did not help you and you can use the surgical approach which may assure you of a cure.

I do not advice you to use Silicea 200x on a daily basis as it is a deep acting remedy and may cause more problems than helping your Fistula.

You may however continue to take the Arnica 30c in the Wet dose as I have been doing for the past 15 years as it cannot cause you any harm.

I am Raj from Chennai/India. I have been suffering from Anal Fistula near my ass hole since 2007 December. But from the day one I am taking only homeopathy treatment only. But in India none of the homeo doctors will prescribe medicines with name to the patients. They them self make some medi and will give it to us. Let me explain my stages of the fistula. Initially it was looks like a small bulge near my anus and got sever pain. After went to homeo doctor they confirmed its a initial stage of anus fistula and got some medi but it wont work out. The bulge got opened started oozing a dirty smell liquid continuously for few months. Then I consult with allopathic doctor they gave some pain killer medi and suggested for a surgery. But one of my friend suggested one more homeo doctor and past 1 year (ie till December 2009) I was treated by him with some tables and liquids. The pain and the discharge was reduced but still its not stopped fully and I have a small bulge and pain on the fistula. While passing the motion every day i have some pain with bleeding. After December i stopped that medi too. But till date there will be no improvement. After reading your site I have some confident on you. You can consider yourself very fortunate that you did not consider surgery for your Fistula which I presume is your problem, judging by your report. It is strange that your doctors did not specify what you suffered from and this includes both the Homeopathic and Allopathic doctors you consulted.

I shall copy the Joepathy protocol that has helped to CURE many cases which you can read on this Forum and if after reading my therapy you still have any questions, please feel free to ask..

Please read the instructions below and follow them precisely as prescribed.

Joepathy therapy for treatment of Anal Problems:

Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken thrice daily to expel the pus from the lesion.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose a capful of the bottle taken thrice daily to increase the flow of blood which in turn will help to rebuild the tissue.
Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily after meals to soften the stools.
Ferr Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to improve the quality of the blood to help heal the lesion.
Antibiotic Ointment like Polyfax or equivalent which is used internally on the tip of a gloved finger inserted into the anus after every bowel movement to keep the bacterial count as low as possible in the lesion.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle is sipped as directed.

You have only copied your post of May 2 and my reply but you have not stated what remedies you are using today and precisely how you are using them.

Unless you do so, I cannot figure out the reason why you are not progressing towards a cure.

Did you take coffee ?

That is the reason why the therapy didn't work.

In this case however it is very unlikely that coffee can make any difference unlike in your case where you used Nat Phos 6x for your Obesity and although you reported that you were feeling lighter, it did not help to reduce your weight as it does with others up to 1kg per week.

i have one question. apart from onion garlic strong perfume, does smoking decrease the action of homeopath, and before or after 30 mins. criteria for homeopathy should be maintained for smoking also??

Thank you for sharing your experience with us on the ABC Forum for the treatment of Fistulas. I appreciate your gesture in doing so as it is possible that your therapy too can succeed if mine does not help the patient.

It occurred to me that you may be able to do Homeopathy a service if you can do a test with Arnica 6c which I discovered was very effective in the treatment of both Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetes Insipidus.
This is a discovery I made about 6 years ago which is not recorded in the Repertories and MM's currently in use.

I discovered that Arnica 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily usually reduces Blood Sugar levels by up to 33% within 24 hours. I have some patients who have replaced the drugs prescribed for their Diabetes using Arnica alone to replace their drugs. One patient reported recently that his BS level was 535 and he was taking Metformin 800 twice daily but this drug was causing him severe distress with dermatitis which was according to him even worse than his Diabetes. He stopped the Metformin and is now taking only Arnica 6 in the Wet dose and his BS level is normal at 100.

I believe that you will be able to carry out some tests with your own patients in your hospital and report their response to me when you are able to give me more information on my discovery. You may like to know that it is now in use in some Homeopathic hospitals in India and they have all reported that the success rate is better than 80% of the patients who were given this remedy in place of the usual drugs they were using before.

Please note that the instructions below must be followed by the patient precisely for best results.

my husband`s fistula has burst ed again this time again pus followed by blood .the pus is still there today .joepathy is being followed with reduced dose of Silicea 6x,constant sitz bath ,AB ointment after every bowel movement.

Another update from me, Raj. Still there is oozing ( but reduced size) and 1 -2 drops of PUS and then blood. Continuing your theraphy carefully except SIlicea 6X as you had mentioned. Shall keep you updated.

I have been taking the Myristica Seb 30c wet dose twice daily as you suggested. I started it four days ago after stopping the silicea 6x but continuing the rest of the Joepathy as you suggested. You suggested I try the Myristica Seb as I had great trrouble rejoving the infection. However after three days of taking the Myr Seb the infection weas still remainig inside so I had to discharge the infetion last night using a needle again - with great difficulty and effort. After about an hour of maunally discharihng the infection turned to blood and bled slightly during the night - again having to empty it this mnornig and now it seems to be clear of infection but very sore and inflamed. Should I increase the dosage of Myr Seb to three time a day or reduce? Many thanks again.

I am beginning to suspect that the pus you are draining constantly may be due to there being a focus of infection inside which is not being addressed by the therapy you are using today. Increasing the dosage and frequency of the Myristica will not help. Nor will the advice I have given to the 2 patients help you.

You are advised to take a smear of your pus for culture and an ABST (antibiotic sensitivity test) and you will take the AB to which the bacteria is most sensitive to.

You may have to get the OK from your doctor to do this test as you live in the UK.

I had a pus smear test done about a month ago at my doctor's and the results came back as normal, i.e. the usual bacteria found in the rectal region so no antibiotics were prescribed. Suggest you do another as I feel that there is some bacteria that is responsible for your non ending flow of Pus.

I have per-cured the mother tinctures of fagonia arabica q,|*@1@*calendula off q .Could you still enlighten me to what the said tintures shall do, as you normally explain about arnica, AB ointment ,etc,(basically their role in healing process).
