I do have phytolacca. When I took it in the past it caused severe salivation, choking sensation, wheezing and anxiety.
Im still eating bland yes. Im okay with small amounts of some legumes, vegan mayo and beets now but still on a diet of chicken, a small amount of beef, rice, carrots, zucchini, beets, apples, blueberries, rice milk, flax, chia waffles, vegan mayo and organic corn flakes, sea salt.
No brassicas, potato, garlic, onions, spicy foods, peppers, dairy, wheat, greens, or any fruits other than apple and blueberry.

I should have added in my last post that the symptoms you mentioned are so perfectly match to Phytolacca that no other remedy comes close. You never use to take water dilutions of remedies before, so that may have resulted in you aggravating from Phytolacca before, just as you got an aggravation when you had Nat-mur 30c 4 months back, even though the last use of it was positive. It all depends on how you take the remedies (½ teaspoon or a few dry pellets straight into mouth) and whether theyre a perfect match for your symptoms. If its the only one that matches to your conditions, take it, with confidence that it will help, regardless of what its done to you in the past.
If this kind of pain continues, try Phytolacca, there is no other remedy that has these symptoms youre experiencing, its so perfect match for Phytolacca.

Within 20 minutes of taking the phytolacca I started sneezing multiple times, a very bad taste became present - similar to tonsil stones/infection, I gargled with saline and drank some water and it passed. My sinus feels clearer, throat not quite as bad as yesterday but the stiffness in the front of my neck to the right of my windpipe (down close to collar bone) when looking up and swallowing is still there, throat has mild pain on swallowing, ears still seem a bit full but overall theres improvement.

Throat soreness is still better than yesterday but worse than this morning, seems to get worse as the day goes on. feeling the need to drink cold liquids and rub my neck but rubbing it makes it pain. Swallowing feels like something is a bit rough down deep in throat, sometimes it tickles intensely like black pepper but only lasts a few seconds.

Two of your symptoms (throat pain when touched, roughness on swallowing) seem to be from Phytolacca and the rest are inconclusive for any particular remedy.

No real change from this morning with the throat pain from back of tongue to collarbone - perhaps its slightly better. Im now getting the stuck feeling in the upper back of throat (right side) again and my right tonsils have a few stones that I released - they seemed to emerge after the sneezing tonsil is mildly red and swollen after getting them out with a qtip.
My right eye just started burning (upper lid area) and watering again too.

Looks more like Phytolacca than anything else. Better to wait for these symptoms to go away on their own.

Throat is still improving, got a little worse mid-day then improved again. Right estuation tube still feels tight. I have a very mild fever 37.5 - 37.6. My left eye is still scratchy and stiff feeling with a headache around the browbone.

Im wondering can anything help my back top molars besides a dentist. I lost my top two right ones a few years ago so Ive been chewing on my left side where I have a weak molar, an old amalgam filling was removed and replaced with a composite but Im told some of the amalgam is still there, the tooth looks very black on almost 1/4 of the tooth, gums are also receded due to teeth grinding at night and rapid orthodontic movement in my early 20s. Teeth are sensitive to hot and cold, gums around teeth are receded and feel irritated but are not swollen, red or bleeding. Its not painful but more like that Im always aware I have sensitive uncomfortable teeth.

It is quite possible that remedies can help with your condition.
Have you noticed even a slight improvement in your sensitivity to hot and cold after taking Nat-mur, or is it just as bad as it was before?
Is the black more on the sides, in the form of stripes, or is it something else?

The black is between the teeth. I was told it was amalgam staining by one dentist, I was told by another it was arrested decay and a third dentist said it was bad decay. This was in the past 5 years - three said different things.
I cant remember if Nat-mur made a difference.

The lingual side of the same tooth has a lot of recession - Im wondering if thats the cause of the sensitivity - this tooth had a large metal clamp on it for braces and has been receded for many years - I lost the same tooth (second molar) on the right side as well as my 3rd molar on the right a few years ago.

As most of the other remedies that cover this have already been used more than 2 times with no discernible change, it is best to wait a week and then try Staphisagria 30c.

My estuation tube in right ear has been acting up again. worse in the mornings, feels very tight, unable to use jaw maneuver to open it. also worse after showering, ear canal feels as if water gets trapped. Im trying Kali Mur cell salt in the morning but it dont seem to help much. mild cough in the morning as well feels as if right bronchial tubes are tight.

Within 20 minutes of taking the Chelidonium my ear got a wet sensation - not better or worse, just different. It clears on its own by midday most days and has pressure in it on waking, its clearer now, still has a wet sensation but nothing wet coming out. Mt left eye started feeling like hairs under the lower lid again - a few hours after the Chelidonium - likely unrelated as I get this often anyway.

The ear still felt tight - jaw maneuvers were able to make a clicking sound but it stayed tight for several hours as it normally does - Ill see if its any better tomorrow morning before trying the Kali-mur as its usually worse on waking.
