Dear Maheeru, thank you for your kind words, but I am unsure as to what you mean by original cause, please explain.

Best wishes etc

after one and a half month , my daughter is again suffering from croup...but this time we had to take her to the emergency as she was choking and they gave her nabuliser contaning flexotide and ventoline 2 times...we r back home now and she is still croupy but went to sleep...i gave her aconite 200c before sleeping and she is sleeping now.....i gave her because i read in this forum to give aconite 200c for immediate relief ...
plz help.......

fauzia last decade
it was suggested by erika to shiny as follows:

try one dose of aconite 200c when the croup attack starts. Only repeat a second dose if needed and if the first dose has definitely helped. Again, only repeat a third dose if needed and if previous doses have helped.
In my experience 1 dose often suffices.
I am surprised at inhaler/nebuliser approach for croup, but if your paediatrician has advised this then of course you should follow this advice if breathing difficulties occur.
Keep up with the steam as this is the main advice I know from doctors.
Further homeopathic treatment will help prevent further infections - do you have a homeopath nearby you?

I would like to have a summary of the treatment that you are giving your daughter at the moment.

I do not understand your second post where you quote Erika.

if u type croup in the search forum, u will see 15 month old with croup by shiny....it was on this forum a reply by erika dt.25/9/05 suggesting her for his son aconite 200c for croup....
anyhow today she is much better,i took her to the doc in the morning for the followup as she was croupy in the morning too, she again gave her nebulaiser but now she is better and croup as gone almost and the croupy cough has changed into wet cough....
as to the treatment , i am still giving her ur natrum sulph remedy without any gap of days.....but last night before her going to sleep i gave her aconite 200 and also in the morning.....i dont intent to give her anymore aconite, unless u tell me to do so....however i am giving her steam as usual and lot water to drink and hot drinks....

I hope that you will understand that CROUP has nothing to do with your daughter's Asthma. Croup is a barking cough which is due to an infection of the throat which causes swelling of the vocal cords which resound with that characteristic barking cough which has prompted you to take her to the doctor who in turn has nebulized her quite unnecessarily with some steroid which can antidote the Nat Sulph that you have used for some time which has helped her in a way that other drugs and remedies have not done for her.

I am glad that you have not stopped her daily dose of Nat Sulph 6c in the wet dose or the split dose and you will have to make up your mind that you should not rush her to the doctor every time she gets her barking cough or croup.

Please confirm.

Joe De Livera last decade
Please stop Nat.sulph as the recent bout may be sign of aggravation.

Nat.sulph is a deep acting medicine and shouldn't be prescribed casually.

bandarbabu2000 last decade
This is the reason why I suggested the SPLIT dose as it cannot cause any aggravation even when used for a long time ona daily basis.

Joe De Livera last decade
No Dear Joe

Even a split dose can cause aggravation, as much as a single dose can do.

That is the way for the organism to say, 'Look, I had enough of this. Now don't dose me further.'

If you don't listen to it, you are inviting trouble.

actually for the last 3 weeks her post nasal drip started again and i could hear all the time swollowing it , i think it has agravated it ...i think the the root cause is her sinusis or post nasal drip...which also make her cough 2 or 3 times every night.....despite of this nat sulph therapy....i dont know when will my daughter be free from these ailments!!!!!!!

To Murthy

I am copying below the first post of Fauzia the mother dated May 5 2006 who describes the pathetic condition of her daughter who was a chronic Asthmatic from the age of 1 year. She was on inhalers which she had to use merely to survive right up to the time that I took her case last May and she has been off inhalers for most of the time except when Fauzia panics and either rushes her to the doctor or gives her a puff which is very rarely today.

I am satisfied that the Nat Sulph has helped her as it was prescribed by me, first in the wet dose and then in the split dose but there is nothing that I can do to increase her resistance to URT infections which have invariably brought on an attack of her asthma. This cannot however be adduced to the Nat Sulph merely because the mother panics like she did with her croup which you will note did not bring on her asthma.

I have prescribed Ars Alb 200 to be used whenever she has an attack and cannot breathe and I cannot understand the reason why she does not follow my instructions.

I am considering changing the remedy to Blatta Orientalis 6c to be used in the same manner as the Nat Sulph as I too agree that the Nat Sulph may have reached the end of its ability to help her.

I do wish that I was able to cure the daughter's Asthma as I have done in the case of many other patients but this case seems to be more difficult than others that have responded and are cured as they do not use any remedy any more.

It will be appreciated that the mere fact that one case does not respond in the manner that others have done cannot be shown up as the general rule with the therapies that I have used to cure over 3000 patients on this forum which can be read if you have the patience to do so in the archives where I have over 4500 posts recorded.

I have in another post requested you to 'put your money where your mouth is' and prescribe a remedy to help the patients on the ABC instead of invariably criticizing me and others on this forum.

You are invited to do so and join me in helping to resolve this case. All I am interested in is to see Fauzia's daughter is healed and our joint efforts may succeed where my sole effort has not met with the success that I expected.

Only split doses with LM's bare such repetition, and even these will only tolerate up to 9 for each potency. The Centesimals will simply not tolerate this kind of administration.

And hmm, poop, that may not have been the best thing to say. If he starts using LM's this way...doesn't bare thinking about.
