Ok dr I will not take any remedy as per ur instructions.
But since morning I m feeling some twinglings in pelvic area..as if periods gonna start soon....so in case i will have pain can i take mag phos?? Well fyi theres no pain but some tension may be in pelvic area...

AoA, Yes, you may take Mag. Phos 200C for pain any time. But, I would like you to take one dose of Mag. Phos 200C right away to deal with your current condition.

Well today I am having pain in lower back and lower abdomen. Yesterday evening the mild pain started and so i took mag phos. then again at night i took another dose and since morning I had taken 2 more doses. I am still having pain which is at the degree that i am not comfortable to do my daily tasks too.
periods have not started yet. I think 20 to 30 drops every 2 hrs or so I am getting of brown discharge.
Hope u will suggest something to overcome this pain fully.

Today is my 3rd day and FYI, the first 2 days were painful...but today its better with light cramps where I do not took any remedy for pain too. AlhamdolilAllah situation is quite good.
Bleeding is lesser this time and less clots.
Moreover, I just wish to ask u if I can have a glass of milk? In fact I avoid milk coz of many many feedback i read on endometriosis forums on internet. Everyone says dairy should not be used in this condition.
Please give ur suggestion.

I am taking warm milk just a glass a day.

I think u mean abt my other symptoms right?
Well there is no notable symptom as of now. Mentally m relax and happy with Allah's blessings. Physically I am as usual lean...yeah...I wish to put on some weight..my height is 5.5' whereas weight is 50 kg...isnt it less?
Otherwise no other physical issues AlhamdolilAllah.
Just that periods are ending little late..i mean till now there is brown discharge...
and its 8th day.if i do not count the 25th august when I had very little bleeding in evening.
In milk i am taking honey and turmeric. My mom use to give me so m use to of it..still if tea is good than i will take it.

AoA, you must use tea in your milk (Doodh Patti) along with honey and turmeric.
Please start taking Alumen 30C as before, 3 times a day, for 5 days.

I am writing u after quite long. In fact I was way too busy because I had an emergency visit to my homeland where I could not have been able to go online. However, i am back now. With good news!
First of all its my 23rd day. and as before I am getting brown discharge since saturday evening. This time the discharge is very less. in lite brown color. Also it subsidize with Alumen 30. Unlike last month when I was taking Alumen but still the discharge was more compared to now.
I had an ultrasound scan on October 11 (17th CD) and the report is quite better than before (June 3rd). Its as below.
1. No nabothian cyst in cervix (Two to three nebothian cyst were there)
2. RTO now have only one big cyst of size 5.8 X 4.8 cm i.e. same size as before (two small cysts are gone (they were of 3.4 and 2.8 cm)
3. LTO cyst is reduced to 3.8 X 2.9 cm before it was of 6.2 X 4.2 cm.
4. two follicles seen in LTO largest of 2.2 X 1.7 cm but with mild echoes. (previously follicles were not producing)
Overall its clear that there are great improvements in the situation. AlhamdolilAllah.
I am so much thankful to Allah the Almighty for getting me better and to introduce you to us. AlhamdolilAllah.
And than I am thank you a ton for helping me so sincerely. No doubt u are an angel for me. I pray Allah to keep you blessed in this world as well as in the world hereinafter Ameen!

Now, the frequent miasmatic change of your brown pus is due to your internal systems getting from dry cold to dry hot. This happens when a person is drinking coke/pepsi, cold milk, cold foods, ice cream and any other intake that is cold.
Remedies in the above can do so much, therefore, one must bring some change in the eating habits.
Please take Nux Vomica 200C, 4 drops in 2 sips of mineral water, Only One Daily Dose at bed time, for 3 days.
In addition, please take Alumen 200C, One Daily Dose in the morning when you wake up. Please stop Alumen 30C.
From the scan, at least now, we know what we are dealing with. We will have to work hard to get rid of these ovarian cysts and resolve other vaginal issues. We will be needing Hydrastis and Cinnamon. What potencies of these remedies do you have right now?

Well I was use to of having cold milk (my favorite) before 2 yrs. but now m not taking it since 2 yrs. also have stopped..noopss...minimized ice creams a lot. also i dont like cold drinks at all. I am trying to control my eating habits as per ur instructions.
