This is to update u abt my condition. M not well dr. I am taking Alumen and from yesterday morning till evening there was no discharge and I was happy abt it but then suddenly it started again and again m having lot of brown discharge as before 4 days I was having.

Please Help!

Well at iftar its not much change. I mean I usually take one or two fried pakora, a bowl of fruits and juice. then 2 to 3 sips of tea. theres no dinner these days but usually we take some more fruits or half chapati with curry.

No not any real change in mental/physical issues..I am still happy with Allah's blessings AlhamdolilAllah. Just this discharge issue makes me worried.

Alumen 200 I am taking one time after 1 hr of iftar.

Yes I do wish to see my ovaries free of cysts inshaALlah.

The most imp nights of ramazan kareem have started and I am praying for every one and myself. InshaAllah Allah will help us all.

well after looking ur msg last night i started ALumen 30.
And moreover..sir the discharge had slow down lot till evening yesterday. and then its again like 2 to 3 drops every 1 to 2 hrs...just a guess.

M just praying ALlah to cure me 100% Ameen. need ur prayers too.

One thing I was thinking and wish to share with u...I am taking fish oil capsule...but not regular..i mean may be i take one day or two days and then not taking it for another day or two..and I was thinking can it be the reason??

Today's update is that I am taking Alumen 30 since u said. But there is no change. I mean the discharge is still there although its not too much but still like 20 drops after every hr.

Have stopped multivitamin and fish oil caps.

Well FYI my cycle has started today evening..i.e. 29th August. usually my cycle is of 30 days..so not bad..just a day before. I was worried as I told u that from last 2 months I was having earlier periods...So AlhamdolilAllah.
About pain..its not too much..as before I had pain before a day...but today I was having some discomfort since morning only but not pain. still I am having light pain in lower abdomen for which m going to take mag phos 200. I will stop ALumen 200 from now. As u says no remedy during this time.

Praying hard for my proper cycle this month inshaAllah.

I am having my cycle and today was a bad day for me...Had severe pains in lower abdomen, back, and in stomach. Feeling quite drowsy and having lot of bleeding with clots.

I am sorry to violate treatment plan and took one panadol as mag phos was not helping me even though I was taking it quite often. But at last I lost the stamina to tolerate pain. Now its around 1 n half hr past that I took panadol and the pain is going gradually. Now having pain in stomach only which comes and goes like gas.

Also that I felt gases which were not expelling out.

Need ur help.

I am taking mag phos almost every 2 hrs and now i will try belladonna 200c.

Sir in this painful situation its almost impossible for me to eat something. But still I took chapati with meat curry(just curry not meat). Then in afternoon just an apple and in evening when pain got somewhat less than I took melon with avocado n mango smoothy (home made without sugar) n now i took tea with biscuits.

Well m trying best to remain calm.
Just to update you...today the bleeding was quite controlled i mean it was normal but with clots. No pain at all. I took one panadol in afternoon yesterday and then one in night as I was having bad pains yesterday. Also in night the gases got worse and it was going from stomach to right shoulder and was too much painful. I was crying really.
But thanks to Allah that from morning m painless. I was able to celebrate the day to its max. AlhamdolilAllah!

This is to update u abt my condition.
My periods started on 29th August. First day was really painful with lot of bleeding and clots. I took 2 panadols. then from 2nd day the bleeding was lesser day by day and there was no pain at all.
bleeding stopped on 5th day and there was brown discharge from 6th day. today is 9th day still m having very light brown discharge. its like only a drop every hr.
I was having light pain in back and lower abdomen in morning today.
These days m feeling a bit of more tired with less energy.

Please suggest the remedies.

Ok..

it was light pain in lower back and lower abdomen around both ovaries in morning when I wake. But it went away on its own as I went on morning walk. I mean while walking it went away.

M not having constipation. My stomach is ok. Just I had gases pain during periods and not constipation.

Mentally I think m relaxed and happy. No tension..AlhamdolilAllah.
But yes i do feel tired i guess from last 2 days.

M not taking any remedy as I am waiting for your suggestion.

Sir, FYI today is my 10th day and since morning I am having white/transparent discharge and not brown. The discharge is sticky and a bit thick. Not pure liquid form.


Just to confirm should I take ALumen 200 now? After lunch or dinner??

Ws Ok dr I m just going to take my first dose right now.

I wish and pray this month not to have that weird brown discharge that i use to have from 14th day of my cycle since few months.

I will keep u updated from my condition from time to time.
