Hello Mr. Nawazkan.
Patients buy one of each of the drugs.
She can take Sepia 6C in the morning and Conium 3C after breakfast. Next dose of Sepia she can take before the last meal in the evening, and Conium when she goes to bed. Same Procedure every day until improvement of suffering.
Endometriosis causes pelvic pain telated occasionally to infertility. It may cause dyspareunia, acure lower abdominal pain and ovulation pain.
Sometimes it may cause bleeding, because of formation of cysts in the pelvic cavity. These cysts are usually called 'chocolate cyst.'
I am writing this to make sure that it is Endometriosis which is involved in this case.

Sorry for a delayed reply..but i was quite bz these few days...anyways, update is that I could not start up on the remedy yet reason is that I am just waiting for another blood test to be done next week to confirm whats going on..so I can safely move ahead from there. Still praying hard to Allah to bless us soon InshaAllah.
Please pray for me. I need your and other's sincere prayers doctor.
These days I am just having white discharge, quite more tiredness which is very unusual for me at least, and ocassional back pain when i did not rest for 5 to 6 hours. I am trying to stay calm and get myself bz in other tasks.

How are you? So I am back to UAE now. came last weekend. I am sorry for not being in contact as I had to face lots of problems to connect internet there. and so it always seemed a very big issue to come online. Anyways, now things have settled. AlhamdolilAllah. The trip was good. and m fresh now.
I am not taking any remedy these days. instead periods started yesterday. And now I am waiting for it to finish.
I have brought Ashoka syrup as u have told few months back to get it.

Well, last month and this month I had mid level pain. Quite reduced compared to previous months. It lasted for 2 days. A day before period and the 1st day. I had to take ponston as my immune system is now so weak that I cant tolerate pains for longer hrs. Also I took Mag Phos 1 m (1 dose) and 2 dose of Staph 200 yesterday.
AlhamdolilAllah now no pain. Also bleeding is better. It was more the 1st day and today quite lesser.
last month the brown discharge started a week before periods.
No mental tension. I am quite clam these days. AlhamdolilAllah.
Also I wish to share wid you that during my visit to Pakistan, I had a chance to meet a homeopath who is our family friend. He said I am having very low water level in my body and there is some infection causing brown discharge. He ask me to take sepia, bioplasgen 13 and asoka ,pulsatilla for a month. I told him about my treatment with you and he nod his head in favor.
Now I wish to ask you if I should follow this protocol or not. M a bit confused as of course I am satisfied with you and also that you are giving almost same remedies.
Please do not mind it all as this was a 'by the way' meeting with him and we had no plans to change dr or leave your treatment in between.
Please share your valuable insights and help me to achieve my dream inshaAllah.

Latest update is that, its my 22nd cycle day. this month I had longer days of brown discharge. It started on 4th cycle day and went till 20th cycle day. Despite this AlhamdolilAllah I am not having any other issue. (Yep cyst is still there) but no pain/low energy etc.
Since few months now, the pain is there for max 3 days (a day prior to periods and till 2nd day). Bleeding has also controlled now. lack of ovulation although follicles are there.
I am taking only Ashoka 3 times a day now. as i did not had chance to confirm from you I did not started any remedy.

I have taken Pulsatilla 200 once a day for 3 days and the course was completed on last thursday. Before starting of dose I was having clear PMS like heaviness and mild twinklings in stomach and too much urge to have choco (m sorry i tried to control myself but then i failed and eat a kitkat i guess after very longtime i eat full bar). So after having pulsatilla the symptoms went off. And now from yesterday I am having blood spotting (3 days before my actual due date). my due date is 26th of this month.
Now I am not taking any remedy. Also that I do not have Mag phos 30 or 200 only 1M is lying in my stock.)
Not having any pain till now.

update is that. the new cycle started on 26th Nov. Its my 7th day today.
This time I had lot of bright red discharge for 3 days before periods. It was very watery and without pain so I knew it was not actual period. Then one day before periods pain started at left side and it continued till 3rd cycle day. I had to take 1 ponston a day to control it as I did not had Mag phos 200 at that time.
The major change i noticed was that there were no clots at all. A very good sign IMO as I never had clot free cycle. Then another good sign was that this month the bleeding was more controlled. More on 1st day and reduced from 2nd day. And till now I am having some bleeding but not brown colored rather bright red. Unlike previous cycles where brown color use to appear from 4th day..
With all due respect, I would like to share with you my thoughts...I was taking only ashoka cordial this month as I informed u before. And took pulsatilla in last as u instructed. I was thinking may be ashoka has done something good to my body and so I had this change. U can understand how desperate I am now to get cured and get my dream asap inshaAllah; so I notice every single/minute change in body/ mind.
