Sir, i m in need of your help again today. I have been taking Ashoka Cordial syrup 3 times a day, sepia 30 C 3 times a day and Bioplasgen 3 times a day since a week now (after my periods were over). It has helped me lot as the discharge has greatly reduced and no other issues were there till today. Please note that i took ashoka last month and noticed clear change in bleeding this month as I informed you before. I did not had brown discharge this month rather i kept on having red spotting till 12th cycle day.
But today I am having pelvic pain and low back pain. it is to the extent that it is disturbing me. I am worried if I have done something wrong to myself..(Allah na karay)
Please guide me and help me i am always thankful to you and pray for your long and healthy life.

I dont know what to write now. If I do say something wrong please forgive me as I see you both as my elders who understand my situation well.
I am thinking that we have reached at this stage after a very hard struggle from Dr Nawaz and myself, almost of 2.5 yrs now. And AlhamdolilAllah things have improved but of course being a chronic case it is taking time. But overall I am much satisfied from Dr. Nawaz and do not have any doubt in his expertise. AlhamdolilAllah.
I believe he has understood my mental and physical condition very well as I have bothered him too much during whole treatment and find him a very sincere person who treat me with his remedies and prayers...(Please note there is no exageration at all. My Allah know this too.)
Cutting the long story short I am very thankful to Dr. Zady for your offer. May Allah give you best reward in this world and the world hereinafter. Ameen. But with all due respect I would request Dr. Nawaz to continue his help (if possible for him) and one day inshaAllah we will succeed.

Please help me...i m in much pain...not taking any remedy..my pain is mainly in lower part..pelvic area and low back...increase when i lie down at bed, feel better wen i stretch my abs or back. no mental tension alhamdolilAllah. but pain is disturbing me. Having very less yellowish/off-white discharge. may be 2 to 3 drops a day. its my 17th cycle day..
waiting desperately for your help...

Helonias 30
Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoons water in a disposable cup. Stir a few times using a spoon. Take 1st tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 2nd tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 3rd and last tablespoon.
Once on one day only. No repetition.

Sorry to bother you again.just to tell u that i have taken 2 doses of Helonias Q till now..just after taking 1st dose the pain went away for 30 to 40 min and then come back more intensely and i had bright red spotting which later turn to brown and still there. Pain is continuously there and its like I am going to have another period soon. although my date is 26th of the month. a very disturbing feeling with mid level pain in lower abd and back. I took one ponston at night to get a sleep.
Mentally I am very irritated and just want to die now...as there seem no cure for my illness available....very depressed and upset.
May Allah bestow upon you His uncountable blessings. Ameen.

Just to update you that periods started yesterday evening. Hmmm..2nd time in a month...well, I have stopped all remedies due to this problem.
Also that I can not find mag phos 6x here.. I have Mag Phos 1M only. Have other pain remedies like Hypericum 200 and Belladonna 200 with me.
I am also taking Ponston to control my pain as I cant tolerate it at all.
Will update once i will be done with this issue.

Also having some sensations in both ovaries like mild pain. and its more at left side. also there is mild pain at the back side just opposite to left ovary.
Please let me know if i can take any remedy now to control this brown discharge. Please note that i use to have this brown discharge since more than 2 yrs now.(but some months less and some months more.)
I just want to control my period length as a first step now.
Just to add that the pain is not that much and its very mild but disturbing of course. Even i dont feel to take any pain remedy for this. just a hot bath or hot water bottle helps to calm me down at this moment. Hope i have clear my situation to you.

Oh no i do not have these remedies at home. But i can search it here in Dubai and Sharjah too. I have a lot of remedies in my mini homeo-pharmacy at home but, if anyone prescribed is not with me then as a first option i search here in pharmacies and second option is to order it (usually from Pakistan i do)

Not really but on 1st day of periods i feel weak and need to take rest more.

Spotting problem is some times continues in month and some times it stops for few days like from 12th day till 17 or 18th day and then restart.
My gynae once told me this is due to my low progestrone levels which was proved by a blood test.
4) How is your appetite?
Just fine I must say. I do not eat much. Mostly because I avoid red meat, rice, dairy, junk food which I use to enjoy more before i started the treatment. So now I have less options left like veges and lentils.
I crave lot for sweet things through out the day. like chocos but avoid at my best. DO not like cold drinks but like ice creams which i think i havent eaten since 3 yrs.
5) How is your thirst?
Very poor. Have to force myself to drink water.
6) Do you normally feel cold or warm?
Cold. Always feet and hands are cold. slight cold breeze is like snow fall for me. and have to wear sweaters and socks.
7) Did you ever have a miscarriage?
No.
8) Did husband ever suffer from Sexually transmitted Disease (STD) which may have been treated before and now he is okay?

9) Were you okay before marriage, and these issues started after marriage?
No. Period pain started in my early 20s. clottting i dont remember exactly but it was there before marriage. Cyst was diagnosed when I went hospital soon after my 1st period after marriage which was worst. I had too much pain and too much clots in my life. Had an scan and dr find a cyst in right ovary. had a lapro after that which removed cyst and i was on injection for 3 months to stop periods. WHich i think make things worse and period did not return till 5 months and then i was given gonal F injections daily for a week to restart my cycle after that I took a month of clomid but my cycle got disturbed and after 10 months of lapro i had brown spotting which was for less days in start but got worse afterwards. Dr gave me birth control pill for a month which stopped it for time being only and when after a month i stopped the pill the discharge returned.
meanwhile the cyst was developed again. and never gone till now.

If you mean pain then yes. I feel pains but no burning sensation at all.

I got Nitricum Acidum 200 which the pharmacist said is same as Nitric Acid 200.
And its of Boiron company so the pills are small granules.
Should I take 2 pills of the same?
