This is to inform you that I have completed 3 days course of Borax today morning.
Mentally I m ok! Not to mention there are few worries related to my health somewhere in my unconscious which I feel is natural.
Physically no new or improved symptoms. I mean I m having same white discharge which has increased in quantity from last few days and is there the whole day.
I have increased my food intake. Like I am taking 2 chapaties and in dinner also in lunch unlike before when I take only 1 chapati. Also taking one mango and an avocado daily these days.trying to have more water and sleeping well. AlhamdolilAllah. I am doing all this to gain a few kg if possible as I am too thin:( (as people say)
It's my 29th day today. FYI. Also m taking cinnamom as per ur instructions.

Sir, just because mango is in the season these days. And avocado is tasteless so it goes well with mango. Otherwise I do not take avocado. I just mix puree of both fruits and eat spoon fulls. It tastes really good.
Well, I don't know if it has any bad effects for me (Oh Godforbid).
Please let me know I will definitely stop it immediately without any doubt.

Please cut down your Avocado and Mango intakes on daily basis. Excess of anything is bad. It appears to be forming mucus. You may also try other good and tasty fruits.

I had completed the remedy course 2 days back. I was waiting for cycle to start but still no signs...I am 2 days late today and got negative pregnancy test today morning but no usual PMS this cycle. now i m getting worried..wats going on. Just having creamy/white discharge and nothing else.
Please guide me.

No dr no reduction at all. I am sorry to report this but it's true!
Ok i will take Cinnamom. I am a bit worried. If periods will not show up in next few days would you advice me to go to gynae for checkup? as I did the test at home.
Also that I always get PMS at least 4 to 5 days before the due date.

This is to update you that it's my 6th day of missing period and still no sign of it coming any soon. Nor I have any other symptom. But a day before yesterday at midnight I had severe gas feeling and pain in whole abdomen (same as I usually have during periods) and I woke..it went away in 30 min i guess without any remedy. Then yesterday at midnight I had severe pain in right ovarian side same as I had on 31'st Aug. I woke and just recite duas and had a sip of Aab e Zamzam and the pain went away in an hour same as before. I am having very mild pain in lower back when i walk for a longer time or while cooking. but nothing too much.
I am really worried now that what is going on with me. it never happened before. Still after 9 hours I am having mild pain/sensation in right side.
I am taking Cinnamom as u prescribed.
Please guide me further and oblige. I am going to sleep now as feeling really tired.
Yes one thing more. the discharge has reduced since 2 days now. sometimes clear white and sometimes its creamy color. And even without any intention I m just thinking about it all the time. I am disturbed some what.

Hmm i dont have Ashwangandha...is it a homeo remedy? I mean i heard it somewhere in indian forums and i thought its ayuvedic remedy..but i dont have now.
Ok m going to take staph sooner today.
I will definitely post my symptoms. For now I am not having any pain etc anywhere AlhamdolilAllah. Just feeling quite tired the whole day today. Although did not do much work today. Feeling lack of energy and down.

Please try to get Ashwagandha Q asap from Pakistan. Yes, this is a homoeopathic remedy.
You may also take MP 200C as needed for more energy.

Well, I myself have planned to go Pakistan till mid of this month. We have annual vacations. Just waiting for another few days to book flights. If I will order now it will take a week to arrive and may be by that time we would be there already. So will take then and inform you.
