I got Nitricum Acidum 200 which the pharmacist said is same as Nitric Acid 200.
And its of Boiron company so the pills are small granules.
Should I take 2 pills of the same?

AlhamdolilAllah I had my dose today morning. I took it after 30 minutes of brushing teeth and took as instructed and then had my breakfast after an hour.
I will inshaAllah update you on Wednesday about the effects. right now i am not having any pain etc just brown discharge. Its my 10th cycle day.

I had the remedy as informed you on Sunday. AlhamdolilAllah things have improved. Starting from first day of having dose, my stomach was disturbed after 12 hrs of taking the remedy. I had quite bad bloating and lose motion with a vomiting. I dont know if it was due to remedy or something else. I had taken veges and daal that day and nothing unusual was eaten as far as i recall. However, next morning I was ok after having some banana with isphaghol husk.
Brown discharge went away slowly i mean first it turned to light color like camel color then now its off-white or cream color. No odour.
Still sometime i have pain at left ovary and at lower back (left side only). But the pain intensity has further reduced after taking the remedy and it is now very mild just to disturb me. Not continuous but come for 15 to 20 min and go on its own.
No other issues AlhamdolilAllah.
FYI, its my 13th cycle day today.
Please prescribe further and oblige.

Though its just 3 days passed since I update you last time, but, as I am having discharge so i thought to let you know now.
I am having some light yellow color/off-white discharge. Semi thick and through the day. not too much in quantity and without smell.

Its to update you that brown discharge has started again today afternoon after 12 days of taking the remedy.
It is my 20th cycle day today.
AlhamdolilAllah no other issue except this discharge.
Also FYI, almost every month I got this discharge issue. After periods I have brown discharge from 4th or 5th day till 10th or 11th day and then i got white discharge till few days which later turn to yellow and finally again brown till next period starts. This is the cycle i usually have. It is to let u know exact symptom.

SO I can not really tell anything with surety till next cycle start.

Forgot to mention that I am not having brown discharge since night. I dont know if it was 100% relapse of the symptom or not because it was 100% there when i update you but then from night i didnot observe it rather yellowish discharge is there. However, I have taken the next dose this morning as you said. Will keep observing this and let u know.

To update you that I had taken the remedy this morning.
And also that from yesterday evening I am again having brown discharge. I am now very much tired of this issue. Its not going off completely..no matter what I do. Also that I tried to recall my food intake and only fresh pineapple was one new thing I was eating since 2 days back. and rest is all same diet/routine.
Sometimes this problem let me down lot and I become frustrated with increased fear regarding my health deep in my heart.
