Hello Nawaz,

I had taken one dose of the Hypercium 200C and 2 dose of the Calc Sulph D6 yesterday.

Today in the morning just after BM lot of blood (10 to 15 drops) drain from my wound where seton is placed. It happend second time after my surgery. But i am feeling normal pain and asusual. So is this a normal thing?

Now i am feeling good after reading ur post to me.

Right now i have only two remedies which u have adviced me.

1. Hypericum 200C
2. Calc Sulph D6.

Do i need to add Berberis Vulgaris medicine in my course?

Dear Nawaz,

Please find the update below:

- I had my BM this morning where I had to spend little more time that nnormal as I didnt have BM yesterday.

- After BM, had the itching in the fistula area. When I touched the sides, a few BM particles came out of fistula area.

- Followed by that 2 drops of blood drained as well.

- I feel slight pain constantly and not much ot itching yet after the BM drained out of fistula.

- Nawaz, the BM getting into fistula is happeneing alomsot every day for the past 2 weeks. This is comething new i noticed. It used to happen long time back, but only once in a while. Does this mean anything now ? Just curious to know. Please let me know.

Also, please let me know what shoudl I take today onwards. YOu told me to take Calendula Q, twice a day for 5 days ? Anything else ?

Dear Nawaz,

Thanks for the response. As I mentioned the BM getting into fistula track is happenening for the past 2 weeks even though there was no constipation. HOwever, I agree that the tube is not closed yet fully and need to wait on that.

Yes, had good sleep last night. Fever and head ache is still there but slightly better. Throat is paining bit more and my right ear too sometimes. I think I might have got the ear infection. Not sure yet.:(

Well, regarding dreams - nothing last night. But generally, most of the times my dream is not somethign exciting but its more of my daily activities only like driving, meeeting friends, talking to them, sitting at home etc.

Regarding medicine, I will take another dose of Sulphur 200c tonight again.

Please let me know if you nedd any more information.

May be yes I am tired and exhausted.. But I came here for meetings and I cant take off tomorrow. But I slept for 10 hours last night. Today again atleast 8 hours will sleep.

Also here is the update :

- had BM in the evening.

- Very usual one. No straining and all.

- Still some BM came out of fistula

- Followed by that some liquidy discharge drained.

- After few hours some born volor pus drained which was little thick.

U have suggested some more medicine which would be needing for my cure in near future. So i am thinking that i should get the medicine from INDIA ASAP. IF it is possible, plz let me know what are the medicine which would be mandatory for me in my near future. Medicnes are as follow which u suggested me last in post.

Dear Nawaz,

It looks like I got some severe BActereal Infection and Strep Throat. My throat pain is not even reducing. When I get home to see the Doctore he might put me in Antibiotics. Would that be ok ?

Also, what are my options then ? Is there any Homeopathy Antibiotics ? Should we try that then ? What do you think ?

If I take any Antibiotic will it be a set back in my fistula curing ? My throat pain is spreading to ewar as well in morning times.

Please let me know your thoughts.

I am doing OK, Thanks. Just got home tonight. HEadache is over now. Throat pain is still severe and cant even drink water.

Fistula update is as below :

- Tonight, 4-5 drops of brown color pus blood mixed drained. It was little thick.

- Not much of itching today.

I will start taking Calendula Q and keep you updated.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

3 days has been completed as having suggested medicine of 3 dose of Calc Suplh D6 and 2 dose od Hypericum 200C per day.

Updates are as follow:

1. Some times brown and yellow pus.

2. Sometimes feel pain in both wound. And feel pain apart from wound at left side of the anal near to tail bone.

3. Burning sensation after BM, but for few hours.

Doctor asked me to visit after 2 weeks for removing or changing the setone. plz tell me what should i do for the seton, Now i dont want any sugery so i am thinking to ask doctor to remove the stone only. plz suggest me for setone and further medicine ...

Thanks for the reply.

Initially my Fistula had an outward opening and lot of Pus used to come out. That time i cleaned it reqularly used hepsulphur and selecia.

Now the opening has healed. Im not sure if pus still comes during the motion also i have'nt noticed any bledding as well.

Presently i was taking selecia and arnica with water. Arnica at morning and selecia at night before sleeping. In addition to this for constipation i also have Bio Combination 4, 5-6 tablets before sleeping.

As you suggested to take Hypericum 200c, should i take this with water and if yes how many drops?
