Dear Nawaz
For the past week or so I have been taking calendula and hypericum 200 twice a day and Alumen 3x twice to three times a day. U have noticed tht the pus has been diminishing with every day. Yesterday barely had any but this morning there was blood with BM. And a little blood so far thru the day on the toilet paper that is there. Not much. Little pus maybe mixed in it

Otherwise I feel well. Was little tired but caught up on rest. Eating well

Please tell me what else to do

I will do that when I get home. Also the fistula mount seems to be closed today but maybe little something collecting inside. Not painful but little tender. I wanted to know how we can avoid it from popping and keeping it closed-wouldn't that be better?

I don't want to get to the point where it's uncomfortable and I have to squeeze again. Trying to avoid that

Yes, it would be better. You must not let it aggravate. One must avoid all pus forming food items, stress/anxiety, constipation and cold/liquor drinks.

Dear Nawaz

Please find the update below:

- Today after BM noticed some sharp itching in the fistula.

- Little later 1-2 drops of watery liquid slight pus mixed drained which was in white color. But it was almost colorless.

- Noticing some swelling and pain in the fistula.

- Not much of itching yet.

- Moodwise, little stressed out with kids school etc. Other than than it is OK.

- Physically feeling somewhat tired and sleepy because May be getting up early in the morning.

- PLease let me know if you need any more information.

Also, can you please let me know what medicine should I take today onwards.

I am avoiding all those things. It's now starting to get uncomfortable and very tender. From experience it will probably pop in the shower. Anything else that I can do to avoid it or I can take?

Looking at your posts, I believe that you are doing very well. Unfortunately, these cases take a long time to cure thru homoeopathy.

Please list all remedies at home right now to see what you may need in future?

Calc Sulph 200C, 
Hypericum 200C, 
Alumen  3X, 
Ruta 200C, 
Thuja 200C and 
Sulphur 200C
Belladona pellets, 
Staphysagria 200C.
 Calc Sulph 12X.
Ars alb 200c
BV Q
Also as of this morning the fistula opened and little pinkish blood with some yellow pus is coming out now

- yesterday the whole day there was no BM. Not sure this because of Silicea 1M. No change in the food.

- today had my BM normally.

- nothing drained from fistula so far.

- slight swelling remaing with some discomfort in the fistula. Also a slight pain.

- please let me know what else I have to take now.

Please control your constipation by avoiding some food items and stress.

Ok, then, continue with Hypericum 200C, Ferrum Phos 200C and Calendula 200C, one daily dose for 5 days.

is this Because of missed my BM yesterday?? Do I need t take anything else for this other than than medicines you had mentioned Hypericum,Ferr phos and calendula .?

I get this pain sometimes whenever I have some issues with my BM like I had yesterday that I missed my BM.

- The pain is kind of continuous and felt little heavy inside the rectum.

- The pain slowly reduced during the day.

- Not sure whether that's from pilesor now.

Please let me know what should I take today.

Just took Hypercium this evening today.

I just saw your question. As of end of today I finished day 3 of BV and have been doing calendula hypericum 200twice a day and Alumen 3x three times a day

The opening is still very tender and feels raw. There is some pinkish blood w little light yellow pus coming out
