For last 1 week I had no pus or pain. But today I see some swelling and pain. Mentally and physically I am in good shape. I had taken Cal Phos 200c 10 days ago.

Nawaz Sir,

Its 1 week since i finished 3 doses of Calc Phos and Bergeris Vulgaris Q.
In last 7 days I had light little watery discharge two times. No discharge in last 3 days.
From last 10 days I have not seen blood.
Minor swelling is there, no pain.
Mentally and physically I am ok.
As the weather here is rainy and cold my left side chronic sinusitis headache is troubling me much.

Let me know if I can provide any other information.

Please guide further.

I have complete the dose for Ferrom Phos 200c for last three days. I still have to take Hypericum 200C for another two days. I feel discomfort in the fistula area. Also there is small area beside the Fistula that is hard for the for the last two days. There is not much swelling. The area That I had surgery two years ago is irritated where the cut was. Mentally and physically I am fine. Discharge is minimal and is white in colour.
Please advise.

I have completed the doses for staphysagria 200C and Hypericum 200c. I still feel some pain and discomfort in the fistula area. There was some discharge of blood and white pus this morning, about 2-3 drops. Physically and mentally I am fine. The hard spot has reduced.

Dear Nawaz,
It had been 1 week I had Berbers 1x.
Now discharge from fistula is 3-4 drops watery transparent with 1 drop pink blood and 1 drop white/very light yellow pus from morning to night / night to morning.
I'm physically and mentally fine.
Also fasting during day because of Ramadan.

Its 4 days since I took Thuja 1M dose.
In last 5 days 2 times swelling happened followed by sticky watery discharge and one time very little blood.
Please guide further.

Hi Dr Nawaz

I have undergone Ayurveda Ksharsutra treatment for my fistula. It is proven para-surgical treatment with more than 95% success.

On examination it was found that my tract was 3.5 cm and needed 3 thread change.

Whole procedure took 22 days. Now there is small wound which will take 10 days to heal.

In this procedure medicated thread is inserted from external opening and taken out from anal opening and knot is tied.

This thread cuts and heals track slowely. Initial 2 weeks I had continuous discharge of dead tissues ,fiber like substance.

For me it took 3 thread change. Track is destroyed and closed with no damage to anal muscles.

Once again I would like to thank your help is controlling infection/pus for last 6-7 months.

I took this decision after Ultrasound findings of one more infected gland at 1 o'clock position. But This will get cured with antibiotics.

Please suggest any medicine so recover the wound and treat the infected gland.

I had taken Merc Sol 1M two days ago. Pain and swelling is minimal. I do get some rubbery discharge everyday about 0.5cm long. Physically and mentally I am fine. There is some irritation in the surgery area.Please advise

I have completed three doses of Staphysagria 200c. There is clear discharge from fistula about 4-5 drops. Pain is minimal. I feel very tired and cannot sleep well. Mind is always thinking for last couple of days.

I took Merc Sol 1M on Jun 20th. Life is extremely busy at Work and it takes an hour of my day minimum to manage the Fistula condition. I am not able to do any long term plans for vacation as I cannot predict how the fistula would be. Managing the fistula is almost a full time job. I am nervous about eating when I travel from work. All these things create stress and sleeplessness.

Please advise.
