a - pus drainage from anus, every couple of days (usually once in 3-4 days)

Diagnosed and scanned - it says anal fistula, just behind the opening at 6'0 clock position.

medicines - currently nothing, applying betadine cream inside the rectum.

I also suffer from Psoriasis of nail and scalp.
taking medicated shampoos and immune strenthing tablets.

Anul fistula : Past 1 month.

I had severe consitipation 2 months back, but now no constipation.

Ya there is itching, feel like itching and this indicates that there might still be infection.

Betadine cream whenever i feel there is pus discharge

I should it to couple of doctors once doctor mentioned it needs to be operated, and got me scanned.
Later i went in for second opninon and this doctor said, its almost healed and dont need a surgery.
The Scan center doctor after looking at the scans mentioned its not too deep, and is very small, and more of nuisance value :)

I read Silicea and Arnica were used to treat this condition, please let me know the dosage and medicine and where i can buy them here in australia

how are you?

i have been using the combination of HS 10M and calc sulph and there is very slow improvement in the condition of my fistula. I have a doubt. Do u think that consumption of alcohol or caffine increses the pus formation at fistula? also pls suggest me the proper diet to be taken

My apologies for nor posting anything for few weeks now. Please find update below:

- For the past few weeks my Fistula seem to be quiet now.

- I am also noticing the old opening is kind of closed and so a new one is opening up just close to the old one.

- Not much is draining. At times I am noticing some oozing and a drop of light watery liquid drains. Slight itching also sometimes.

- Also sometimes noticing some swelling in Fissure area and something drains as well which was light color liquid or blood. itching around that area as well.

- Not taking anything for sometime now.

- Whenever I take any alcohol drains and immediately some draining , swelling and itching shows up as well.

Please let me know what should I do now.

- for the past few days 1-2 drops of light white color pus is draining from fistula which is light watery.

- some swelling and pain remains in the fistula.

Taking nitric acid 200 and here is the update :

- yesterday some stools drained after BM. This happened after a long time now.

- since yesterday few drops,of thick light yellow color pus is draining. This is also,happening after a while now.

- no change in food or mood etc.

- noticing some swelling in the fistula..

Please let me know if I need to take anything else.

- this first started in year 1999 for which i did surgery in 2000 (the fisher was daigonsed with tuberculosis, had allopathy medicine for 9 months) and later it reaccured in 2008 again i did a surgery in 4 month of occurance.

now it has again started in march 2012, i being taking homeopathy medicne for sometime it worked, but was not regular with the medicine for sometime till nov 2013, now i am regular with the medicine but somedays in a week is not an normal day.

blood - at time after normal bleeding when i clean the area, a solid blood of a size of a peas comes out.

somedays are normal days without it. but for the past 3 days there is continues flow of the same, thought the quanity is less compared to the beginning of my homepathy medicine in nov 2013. but it has not stopped.

low, when there is a discharge as i feel it will start without my notice when i am in someoffice meeting (as it happened 2 times, when i was with my family and the bed sheet was wet with blood).

stool: brown & semi solid

there is an opening that has occured and there is a mild pain in that area.

yes, there is pus and at time watery discharge from the opening. pus is semi thick and brown in color.


3. what is the color of your discharges, if any?
pus - at time pink and at time brown.

4. how about the blood discharges, if any? please describe the color of blood and its thickness?
irritated, scared - blood - at time after normal bleeding when i clean the area, a solid blood of a size of a peas comes out.

din't have difficult time with passing stool. its always with less or no pressure.

6. how about the itching and burning in detail, if any?
generally itching start's when i touch the area to check the discharge. burning is less, but there is little pain before blood/pus discharge

normal - less pressurised.

8. any other issues right now and in the past other than the one you have already described?
i being having pain in my right leg (femur area) i am not sure if it is because of the fistula, but it started from nov 13 when the flow of the blood was a little high.
it pains before i start walking and then with the flow it is normal.

my homoepath won't share the medicine
