Just now I have received both Nux Vomica 200C and Alumina 200C.

What symptoms you are looking for to start this medicine for constipation?

Dr. Nawaz,

I am trying to explain - after getting up in morning I drink one glass of water and then take few almond. After this sometimes I feel urge to go toilet and most of time don't. I go for morning walk for 30 minutes. Once come back have one cup of black tea followed by breakfast. Most of time I feel urge to go toilet after breakfast but normally it doesn't get cleared completely.
Then most of times after lunch I go to toilet and this time I feel it is cleared completely.
I don't over eat and amount of stool is less and bit sticky. If I take isobgul stickyness reduces, becomes smooth and don't need to apply pressure much. Now I have stopped isobgul.

Dear Nawaz,

I will receive Silicea 1M and Calc Carb C200 this morning.

It had been 7 days I took Merc Sol 1M. There was 5-6 drops fresh blood from fistula external opening esp. in the mornings. Last 2 days I take more care about food and today 2-3 drops transparent discharge with 1 small drop light pink.

These days I have too much stress because of business and very big economic and politics problems in country.

Waiting your further instructions.

I'm 33 years old, Female and in first trimester. My anal fistula has relapsed 3 weeks back after an year. The fistula is still draining with a little blood stain no pus but I feel burning sensation in the nearby skin. I also see two new bumps closeby in the burning and sore perianal region. Feels sore and experiencing difficulty to sit. I was prescribed Slicae 200C per week and Merc Sol 30C 3 times a day. But now I can't take Merc sol due to pregnancy. I've chronic constipation and I do not want to take allopathy . Please suggest some medication for relief that is also safe for the pregnancy.

I have taken Nux Vomica 200C for 3 days. Now constipation issue has improved - feeling urge for toilet in morning and stool also become soft/smooth. Thank you a lot. Is it one time medication for constipation or I need to take Nux Vomica 200C intermittently?

I have taken 2nd dose of Merc Sol 1m one week before. Looks secretion is reducing marginally. Will report back after one more week's observation.

I have not posted for last few days as My father got admitted into the hospital and it was a very stressful last couple of weeks. He is still in hospital but recovering.

Berberis Vulgaris was the last remedy that I had completed . Since then the fistula has been OK. No pus or swelling. It is still Ok. But since last couple days I have a kind of rash between my butt cheeks at the top end of the back. I had to sit for long periods at the hospital and I think I was sweating a lot in that areaa. It is just localized in the crevice. When I dried the area with a tissue I noticed some blood on it. I don't feel pain just slight burning around that area.

please advise.

It had been 16 days I had Merc Sol 1M.
It had been 6 days I finished Bryonia 200C. Blood discharge from fistula external opening was almost none when taking Bryonia 200C.
After a few days passed 1 small drop of light red blood was coming together with 2 drops white discharge.
But still if I eat any carbohydrate again 5-6 drops blood come and too much pressure on fistula urging to go BM frequently.
And if I eat meat or cheese 1 small-2 drops light yellow discharge coming also.
As I don't eat normal food often, stool is mainly in tiny parts.

I received Silicea 1M and Calc Carb 200C

Dr Nawaz,

It is now two weeks I have taken 2nd dose of Merc Sol 1m. Secretion / pus amount is reduced from earlier - secretion is very less and colorless during weekend when I stay at home, but it becomes light yellow when I come to office.
Now constipation issue is minimized, having normal toilet at morning.
I have Thuja 1m and Merc Sol 1m - please advice.

I have repeated Berberis Vulgaris 1x couple of days ago. Fistula is ok. No pus or blood. No pain. But I feel I have a fissure which pains on the opposite side of the fistula. After the bowel movement the pain starts and gets better by night. I can feel that there is some inflammation inside as well on that side.

Please advise.

It had been 10 days I had Merc Sol 1M. Discharge from fistula et. opening is 4-5 drops pink, watery sometimes with 1 drop yellow pus depending on food I eat.
This morning 3-4 drops red blood came from fistula ext. opening during BM.
I had sore throat lat 5 days but today better.
I feel tired

I took Lycopodium 200C and 3 days passed. Discharge from fistula external opening is less, 2-3 drops light yellow watery discharge sometimes with 1 drop light pink blood.
Blood coming from fistula during BM is almost none.

It had been 13 days after Merc Sol 1M

It is now two weeks I have taken 1 dose of Thuja 1m. I don't see any noticeable improvement.
Current situation is - normally secretion is less and colorless but if I go to toilet after lunch then around 1-2 hours after toilet secretion amount increases and color becomes yellow (looks some stool comes out and this is changing the color as yellow).
Now I am experiencing constipation issue is coming back, should I take 1 dose of Nux Vomica 200C for 3 days again? which I have completed almost 4 weeks before.

Fistula is stable. No discharge or pain.
I had completed three doses of Nit Acid for the fissure I suspect inside. The pain is less and is mainly after the bowel movement. It stays for about 1 hr. please advise what can I take for the fissure.
