I'm fine with Ramadan, feel better with 1 time food a day.
Try to eat less unless I go out for iftar very rarely.
Lost 4 kgs in total at Ramadan and feel better.
Constipation is better now.
I just received Lycopodium 1M tonight.
Still sometimes, gas is going into fistula tube.

I am doing good. From mind side - happy but very busy with office work. Physically also fine, having a bit drowsiness and weakness - but don't know the reason, not taken any medicine/remedies except Ruta 200 last week.
Fistula status - no secretion, can feel that it is drying up.

Drowsiness was due to allergies, after taking anti allergic medicines, I am fine.

It had been 1 week I took Lycopodium 1M. First than was bad, I became worse, had to go BM several times. Later I feel better now during BM and discharge at once.
I still have gas problem if I eat such thing and than gas is coming from fistula external opening which cause some tiny parts come with discharge from fistula
Normally discharge from fistula is one drop very light yellow and 1-2 drops very light pink.
Last 2 days I feel very tired because of fasting and hot weather. These is headache at uppee right and left sides of head. Also nausea. Better after iftar.
I'm physically tired, mentally fine

Dear Dr. Nawaz,

I need your help for fistula.
After my pilessurgery , I was having a abscess with swelling /pain and puss discharge intermittently since 1 year.
Now the fistula is in better condition.
Currently after lot of diet control and exercise. i don't have any discharge/pain/swelling from fistula for last one month.
But still there is a hard lesion which looks white in color and
small mark in between. But if i press it no pain.
I am afraid this may again gradually convert to fistula and discharge may happen again and want to prevent that.
Please guide me what I need to do?

Does this hard lesion imply that fistula is not cured completely?
I need your help to get rid of this hard lump to be complete sure.

I am writing to you after few weeks. My Fistula is stable and generally no pain or swelling. But as I had mentioned earlier I have a fissure that pains after I use washroom in the morning. Their is no blood. I have been applying vaseline everyday and after couple of hours the pain goes away. When I apply vaseline I can feel hardness on one side and also the pain on the same side. Mentally and physically I am in good shape. Please advise what remedy to take.

I have completed three days with nitric acid 200C. There is no improvement in the pain for the fissure. I still feel hardness inside when I apply Vaseline. Please advise.

Nawaz Sir, You seem to be an expert on Fistula as one can see from your posts. Many a patients must have got benefited from your expertise. It will be of great help to all if you could post a summary of some of your successful treatments with the remedies given. Also how much time on an average it has taken or will take for cure. Fistula is a difficult affection to cure and not all can hope to succeed. Pls give it a thought.

Today while checking status of holes around the rectum (fistula) I noticed cysts like tissues little inside of rectum outlet. Is there any remedy to get rid of this cysts?
