I am taking Merc Sol 1 M tonight and will keep you updated.

Also here is the update :

- today noticed the swelling got bigger and so pain also.

- nothing is being drained so far and took a hypericum 200 for pain.

- during day time few drops of watery pus drained.

- Nawaz, I am noticing for the past few days fistula is keep swelling and something is draining and this cycle is keep happening, is this getting worse again ?? do I need another dose of Silicea ?

Also next week I will be out for a week on vacation and I am sure I will take some food and drink also. I am sure will limit all that .do I néed to take any medicine or any precautions with me ?

- few drops of light yellow color pus drained last evening

- followed by that few drops of light brown color pus drained

- still some swelling remains in the fistula

- some pain remains as well

Thanks Nawaz. Since this morning fistula is getting bigger but nothing is drained so far. And so pain also more . Just waiting for it to open and drain.

Took ferr phos 200 in the morning .

Will also take hypericum 200 and Alumen 30 today as you had asked me to.

Mind wise I'm relaxed and OK nothing stressful.

But I am started working out in the gym and so started taking some protein supplements like protein bar and drink.

Eating some egg and chicken often than usual but no constipation so far .

Other than this there is no change in my routine . Please let me know if you need any more information.

- last night fistula opened up and few drops of blood mixed watery liquid drained.

- this morning again few drops of watery blood drained as well.

- still some swelling remains and pain as well. But much better compared to yesterday as something already drained.

Hope you are doing good. Just got back from vacation today. As expected a lot of food and some drink as well.

During the trip also few drops of light white color and slight yellow color pus drained which was little thick.

- Later some liquid mixed with blood drained as well.

- Today noticing some swelling but nothing being drained so far. Waiting. So pain remains as well.

- Didnt take any medicine for the past one week.

Please let me know what should I take now.

Please find the update below:

- the swelling got bigger and bigger and soothe pain was also increased. Had disturbed sleep past night because of pain though I took a hypericum 200.

- this morning it opened up and some pus drained . Not sure of color as it happened during bath.

- followed by that more drops of blood drained which was also sticky.

- throughout the day today some blood is keep draining and some pain still remains in fistula as some swelling as well.

- it's more of blood than pus this time.

- I am also noticing some swelling in the area where I used to have fissure. It's been along time since the swelling showed up in this area.

I am planning to take only calendula, Ferr phos and burb vulg q as you suggested.

Please let me know if I need to take anything else.
