Hi Nawaz, I had taken Nux Vomica 30C three doses for last 4 days as per your instructions.

My headache finally went away on it own this evening after 10 hours. I did not take any medicine today. I had feeling of nausea this morning as well.

I hope you are doing good. Please find the update below:

- Yesterday morning my BM was kind of semi watery.

- Later in the evening, some light yellow color mixed pus drained which was thick. I also noticed some BM mixed in that.

- Today, also in the evening some watery pus drained which was in light brown color. Also noticed some BM particles in it.

- I took Burb Vulg Q this morning and last night.

Please let me know what should I take now ?

Last night the fistula bulb busted out with blood about 2-3 drops.no pain ,no itching.
The pain is arising from the shoulders (both sides) from neck to arms. (A s i told you before i stay on the hill station & its very cold this winter) this is for your info.
The legs pain from hips to knee is the same.

Dear Nawaz

I have completed 3rd day of Sulphur 200 dose. I am also taking NV 30C - three doses daily as well for past three days with today being the 3rd day.

Stomach is back to normal now. Fistula itching was there yesterday evening, after itching I could some liquid (pus + blood) come out of fistula mount. I noticed blood on TP after BM yesterday evening.

I had strange pain in anus region after evening BM, it wasn't severe but it was discomforting.

Another thing, like last year, during current winter time, my toes have swelling again but they are not in as bad a condition as last year. Toes hurt a bit when touched.

Hi Nawaz, is Nitric Acid 200 same as Acidum Nitricum 200 ?

Another question - Since for past three days I had been taking daily single Sulphur 200 doses and daily 3 doses of Nuv Vomica 30C, will starting on Nitric Acid 200 doses from tomorrow work ?

the pain gets aggrrivated only at the midnight.
& gets away by morning 10-11.
bleeding has become 1 drop but the problem is it gets busted out in every 3-4 days.

i go for walk every day for an hr or so my anal opeing itchess alot.

rest all is good by the grace of allah swt.

Can't say what triggers the pain
starts from the wrist &then my fingers & the entire hand pains.The pain is on both my arms & legs last night the pain was less than before.

Dear Nawaz, hope you are doing well. Update from my side is that I have completed 3 days of Nitric Acid 200 doses.

My fistula is not draining blood currently and discomfort seems to be controlled.

Fistula seems to have acted favorably to Nitric Acid 200 doses.

Dear Nawaz, Update from my last post - I did not take Nitric Acid 200 doses today. I observed streak of blood on TP after BM again :( although there is no discomfort in fistula mount.

I shall wait for your advise. Many Thanks !
