Dear Nawaz

I have tried a couple of times to send you a message and request your input for my anal fissure. I have a thread that has all of my history of what I have tried and been through for the last 6 months. I really would like your suggestions as it appears you have quite a bit of experience with anal fistulas/fissures.

Dear Nawaz,

Present my situation is good. Last two days I didn't saw any pus or pain. Today I saw two drops of watery type of pus(Mixing with yellowish pus too). Very tiny pain exists.

Last week I took floowing remedies

Berberis Vulgaris 1x 3 times, Hyperium 200 C 1 time and Calendula 200 C one time.

Please suggest me next course of action.

I am continuing same remedies these 3 days too. Because I didn't get back your reply.

Today I saw 3 drops of red blood and Yesterday two drops of water pus came.

Please reply as early as possible.

Yesterday I saw (two times in a day) sum of 8 to 10 drops of light yellowish pus came from fistula track. Today I didn't saw any pus still now.

Regarding pain, if there is a pus it will pain a little. Otherwise there is no pain. Today no pus, so no pain. Yesterday I have pain until the pus came outside.

Can you please suggest me next course of action.

Last 5 days I used these below remedies.

Calc Sulph 12X, 3 times a day, for 4 days.

Hypericum and Calendula as before, for 5 days.

How are you? zhope you are doing good by God's grace.

Sorry for the delay in my response, Nawaz. Kids were sick with Flu and it was hectic again.
I just took Silicea last week and followed by that few drops of thick, light brown color pus drained.

- Later few drops of blood drained as well.

- For the past 2 days, drainage is almost stopped but still there is light like 1 small drop of watery liquid is draining.

- also feeling some discomfort in the fistula.

- The swelling is reduced a lot only a little remains.

Not taking any other medicine after taking Silicea last week.

Please let me know what should I do now.

Dear Nawaz,

Present pus building was give intervals like day after day. The amount of pus is very few drops (1 to 2 drops). Its looks like light yellowish color and some times its looks like watery color. I avoid all kind of pus forming foods.

Please let me know the next course of action.

Also, fistula is just draining a drop of pus in white color once a day.

- Slight pain and discomfort remains in the fistula.

Thank you Mr.Nawaz. Please find the update below:

- For the past 2 days, started feeling some more pain in & aroudn fistula and noticed some tenderness again.

- The pain was more. i felt like the outside of fistula is kind of closed and the pus was not able to drain from inside.

- Followed by that yesterday morning noticed some swelling again and outside was light white and yellow color skin.

- Later few drops of light yellow & white color mixed pus drained in few drops. This is happening after sometime now, i mean draining of pus in few drops.

- Followed by that few drops of blood drained as well.

- Now it seem to be OK with slight swelling remains still and some sharp pain outside the fistula.

- Not taking any other medicine so please let me know what should I take now.
