Today stool coming normally. But while coming to stool a have a sharp pain in anus. But I didn't see any blood while stool coming out. But pain is still existing after bowl. (same thing happens from last 3 days). Now I am unable to sit due to that pain in anus. Can you please let me know any pain reduce remedy?

Dear Nawaz,

I already got hold of Merc.Sol. 200C
Today morning, pink blood mixed with some watery/transparent discharge.
No yellow/creamy pus.
Feel good physically and mentally. Stopped eating sweet.
Wake up a bit earlier than before even sleep same time.

Little pain is felt only if the infected area is pressed by me.

Little swelling is there currently. sometimes during BM , this swelling increases and become hard and eventually discharge and swelling reduces bit.

Yes I have Merc Sol 200C.

Lycopodium 200C ( Made in Germany)

and BV Q.

I have started the treatment from today.

I have Question.

Should I break the fistula opening using pointed needle? Does it cause any impact on healing process? I read something about homeopath knife(some medicine)

Today is my second day with following prescription

Please take Lycopodium 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, One Dose every 3rd day, for 2 weeks.

Also, take Berberis Vulgaris, 11 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 2 times a day, for 3 days.

Results:

Pus is dried up. Hardly any noticeable discharge

Please suggest further course of action.

Current State of fistula opening.

There are two opening. One is like needle point and other one 9 O Clock Position.

Very slight etching. No Swelling. No Pus formation.



Should I continue after BV after 3 days as well?

Dear Nawaz,
I got The First dose of Merc Sol. 200C yesterday night.
2-3 hours later there was biting and very little burning at fistula.
But in The morning there was very little blood (discharge was always mainly blood) but there was yellow creamy pus. Anda afternoon, few drop blood and a few drops watery yellow pus (not creamy).
Shouls I continue with Merc Sol. 200C?

Sir,

Today after BM, the swelling increased and after few hours there was little more amount of discharge with pale white or very light yellow discharge and then little blood.

I have completed 3 doses of Ferumm Phos and 3 doses of Hypericum . 2 More doses of Hypericum is pending.

Please advise further.

As you know from my case study, after BM swelling increases always resulting discharge and its not a new occurrence.Yes the frequency of discharge has increased in last week.

discharge color was white or watery in last one month , but currently I am noticing very light yellow discharge.
The discharge again happened in the night.

Yesterday there was little constipation. But regularly constipation is not issue, I take natural Ayurveda powders.

Currently mind state is very worried as I felt it has worsened :(

Morning I a ate fruits and sattu (ground pulse and cereal powder). In lunch i had roti, rice, vegetable curry. Some mixtures as snacks. In dinner I had same as lunch.
Yer after lunch I had cold drink.If you think that can have some impact, I shall totally avoid in future.
Please advise me if you want me to avoid any foods.

Hi Dr Nawaz

Today little swelling started on opening. However not filled up with pus/blood.

fistula is hard to touch. Pressing pain. But burning sensation is there.

3-4 drops water discharge happened due to long seating in office today. I took break every 25 mins and use donut like pillow.

There is slight etching as well.

Little irritation around anal area.

I completed BV Q 3 days course and still continuing Lycopodium course.

Pus was watery color. today early morning lesson broke on its own and water color pus came out.

3-4 drops discharge . Swelling is reduced.
