Hi Nawaz, hope you are doing well. Sorry could not post earlier. I am doing ok. Fistula is overall in similar position. There are days when it itches a lot in fistula and I am seeing a bit of blood on TP and undergarment. I have not taken medicines in past 6-8 weeks hoping it will rest some system in body and reacts more favorably to medicines. Generally I am not feeling any discharge from fistula but I do see some blood on TP after BM and on undergarment after itching. Please advise. Many Thanks !

Please find the udpate below:

- Since yesterday again noting slight constipation but not much.

- 1-2 drops of white color pus drained from fistula which was watery.

-No blood drained.

- Took Alumen 30C, Hypericum 200c yesterday.

- Started feelign some more pain in the external pilesthat's hanging out. Also the pain I coould feel inside the rectum as well. This is little severe than normal.

- Also a slihgt pain and swelling remains in the fistul as well.

- N ochangeh in the food other than normal Roti, very little rice and some chicken etc. Ate some yogurt as well.

- Didnt eat any banana this week which I normally eat in weekdays.

- Please let me know what else I can do to avoid this? Any medicine ?

Nawaz, I have taken BV Q in the past and I have that with me. Would that work instead of BV 1X ? Thanks !

Sure, I will do that. I forgot to update you that I have taken some Raagi in the food 2 days back. Could it create some constipation ? Just want to check with you.

Thanks for the response. Sorry I dnt remember the name of the medicine. But you had aksed me to get some medicine just for this pilesin 200c potency and that used to help me.

Also I am not taking any other medicine now after taking Ars Alb 1M 1 days before.

- The pilespain is gone now.

- Yesterday 3-4 drops of light brown color watery pus drained.

- Followed by that 2-3 drops of blood drained which was watery again.

- Today 1-2 drops of watery brown color pus drained.

- Some swelling and pain remains in the fistula.

Didnt take any other medicine after took Ars Alb 1M 2 days back.

Please let me know what else I should do.

- Few drops of watery pus drained from fistula which was white in color.

Also, here is the update:

- Today later in the day, swelling in fistula showed up with slight itching and 1 drops of watery liquid drained which was colorless.

- Still oozing and pain remains in the fistula.

- Noticing some pain and swelling in the Fissure area as well.

I apologize for not writing earlier but life has been a little hectic plus I took a little break from the treatment. I thought it was best for some time. I appreciate everything you have done so far for me and I hope you will continue to help me after I tell you that I am going to give modern medicine another chance

I went to a hospital yesterday for a consult and today I scheduled part 1 of my surgery where a seton will be placed. Second part will be about a month later and the surgeon will do a flap method along with GORE BIO A plug which looks more like a thumb tack and has a better chance of staying in. It all looks promising even though it isn't a 100%.

I feel like its something that I have to give a try. I am young. Hopefully will recover quickly and have full recovery from fistula

I think the diet that I have started under your supervision has helped me so much and I have not had an abscess since. The surgeon was also happy to know that and the remedies have controlled it so well. I am forever grateful for that

Id like to continue with you after the surgery and would like to know if I can do anything to recover quicker. I ordered curcumoid pills today and some more Green Vibrance powder which supports immune system. I know surgeries take a toll on our bodies and I would also like to know if you can suggest how to speed up the healing and formation of cells after the plug is put in

I hope you can still help me even tho I am giving myself back to Western medicine for now
