Dear Nawaz, AoA.
I got Merc Sol. 200C woth mineral water for 3 days and 2 more days passed.
First morning discharge from fistula was mainly creamy yellow pus (3-4) drops with one drop blood. Second morning 3-4 drops watery yellow discharge with one drop blood. The third and 4th days ot started to come as 15-20 drops watery, blurry pink blood (maybe blood mixed with watery transparent discharge) FROM MORNING TO NIGHT and ALSO NIGHT to MORNING.
Today morning, 5th day, less blood 5-6 drops. Mainly Red and brownish.

The first 2 days I got Merc.Sol 200C, I had headache at left side and some little pain all over body. Ate a lot for the 3 days. Also was very tired.
Now better physically and mentally.

I have taken Alumen 30C for three days. Pus is less but still(2-3) drops yellow sometimes and other times white with slight green. This morning i felt slight throbbing at regular interval on the left side. throbbing for 1 second with little pain. Fistula is on right side. No pain on the fistula for last two days.

After taking "Hamamelis Virginica Q", 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 5 days:

Now I don't feel any pain today while bowl moment. The pain is reduced day by day and now everything is good.

Bowl moment also very free and didn't seen any blood today and yesterday.

Please let me know next course of action.

I have taken three doses of Cal Phos 200C.
Yellow discharge had happened 3 days before.
Last 2 days there are white and watery discharge 2/3 times a day, very little blood once.
The are of infections seems to have increased and pain too bit. Swelling is there.
Also mild burning sensation.

Worried .
Please advise further action.

Just to inform you I had little bit light yellow discharge tonight.
Please let me know if you want to take any other medicine.

I took Berberis 2x 2doses for 2 days. I took Calc Phos 200C for 3 days. Finished yesterday.
Yesterday discharge was mainly dark red blood, maybe 10 drops from morning to night.
Today from night to morning 2-3 drops dark red blood and 2-3 drops transparent / White watery discharge.
Yesterday afternoon my BP was 100-53. I was not able to stand up. Better when had some salty yoghurt drink and rest. Today also not very good.
No idea why. Could it be caused by Calc Phos 200C as I used first time.

After taking Merc Sol for 3 days.Still watery pus is getting discharged.

Pus Color : watery 4-5 drops.

No swelling and pain.

Please suggest further course of medicine.

Nothing wrong happened these days. I feel good... This is why I asked about Calc Phos, as I had no idea maybe it would have such effect.
Today also some gas came from fistula as I was a little late for BM and there was a little yellow creamy pus, 1 drop maube mixed with transparent watery discharge.

Water pus discharge is same as before 3 days.

Around 4 to 5 drops

I notice when i seat in office for 30 mins or so.

At home not noticeable.

I mean nothing wrong other than low BP. Mentally I was good before this happened and also no worry or anxiety, etc.
This morning discharge is 5-6 drops watery transparent, seem a bit yellowish/dirty with one drop pink blood.

Today no pus, only 5-6 drops watery transparrnt discharge with 1 drop pink blood...
