Thanks for the kind wishes. Please fidn the update below:

- Fistula is still quiet mostly.

- Yesterday and day before yesterday noticed 1 small drop of blood stain in undergarment.

- Also noticed its little sticky and felt s slight itching after BM.

- But today not much so far.

- Ate outside in friend's place on weekend and the food was little spicy.

- So, noticed some burning sensation after BM yesterday.

I am taking Calendula 200c, Cinnamom Q, Ferr Phos 200 and Hypericum 200 as you have asked me to.

Please let me know if I need to add / change anything.

Just to add to the above post with a recent update :

- Today after BM noticed some sharp itching in the fistula.

- Followed by that some swelling started showing up and so slight pain as well.

- Was that a short relief and happiness that I didnt have any issue for just one week :) Just curious Nawaz ?

Please let me know what should I do now.

Dear Nawaz, hope you are doing well. I took Sulphur 200 dose around a week back. There is some reduction in itching but not totally gone. At times, there is sudden onset of itching around fistula, which leads to a bit of blood stain on under garment. Overall it seems to me that fistula mount is decreasing in size and as strange it may sound, I have a feeling that it is moving in position towards anus opening. I sometime have itching on the other side of anus as well (there is no fistula on that side though). There seems to be minimal blood flow from fistula and mainly I observe blood on undergarment and on TP after BM, because of itch/wipe. Mentally not much has changed from last week. Overall things are looking positive on fistula front and I look forward to your advise. Many Thanks !

I now have the staphysagria 200c and calc sulph 200c as directed. i have started taking the staphysagria 200c, 4 pillules dissolved in a quarter glass of mineral water and have 2 more days to go. I have few of questions:

1) what can i expect to happen in the 3 days of taking the staphysagria 200c?
2) You have mentioned no coffee is allowed, but can i drink regular tea?
3) when do i start taking the calc sulph 200c?
4) Can i take the remedies with food straight after?

Hi Nawaz,
I am now on the second day of taking staphysagria 200c and have not really noticed any difference in pain levels. As far as my mood goes, I still feel frustrated and angry as this is a very difficult condition to live with.

I would be very grateful for further advice after taking the staphysagria 200c for 3 days (last day is tomorrow)

I had some Chicken for Lunch from some Restaurant and that was little spicy.

For dinner I had soem Dhal, rice and Broccoli.

- Also took Silicea 1M 2 days back and noticed 1 drop of pus drained which I noticed in under garment.

- Noticed slight swelling and itching in the fistula today.

- Later sometime noticed some pus stain in the UG not sure of the color.

- Slight pain remains in fistula.

Please let me know if you want me to take anything else.

- Also, I am not taking anything regularly after taking Silicea 1M and waiting ro your instructions.

- Today also the same update that slight itching after BM in the fistula.

- Some swelling and pain remain in the fistula.

- last night also some pus drained slightly during sleep and so again nto sure of the color of the pus.

Please let me know what should I take now.

I just have a couple of questions answered about your recent advice please........

'Also, order Hypericum 200c, Calendula 200C and Mag. Phos 200C asap.' - I now have these.

Please advise me of what to do next.

Hi Nawaz,

The pus is never very much as it is such a small abscess (3-4mm) but its about 1 drop per day of clear pus. The amount of pain i get from it though is quite ridiculous; i think its because the abscess is situated between the sphincter muscles and there are a lot of nerves there.

The pain today is better and as a result my mood is better, but the abscess goes through cycles of feeling very painful and not so painful anyway.

I do really appreciate your help,Nawaz. What do i do now?
