Yes,Itching is reduced compared to yesterday.

But, still the pain is there but its reduced as well. I still notice that the oozing is getting little bigger as time passes. I think something is getting collected in fistula to drain.

Please find the update below for this morning:

- After BM some itching showed up. Followed by that a drop of pus drained which was like BM color and I also noticed a few BM particles in it.

- Followed by that a drop of blood drained as well.

- Itching faded away after that.

- I am taking only Calandeula Off 6 X only. No other medicines.

Also, please find the update below:

- No draining in the day time and also not much of oozing.

- Noticed some oozing showed up in the evening after I completed work.

- Not sure this is because of long hours sitting in a chair.

- So, while taking bath in the evening, felt something sticky drained from the fistula. Not sure of the color because I was in the middle of my shower.

- After bath, noticed the fistula area and 2 drops of watery sticky liquid drained from fistula. It was slight blood mixed.

- Not much of itching today.

-Moodwise, today was OK and busy day at work.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

Also, any other medicine you could think of which I might need so that I can order all once if I have to order online.

Dear Nawaz,

I am doing OK today. 2 drops of pus drained in the afternoon which was slight white based color and little thick.

- Not much of itching today.

- I had to drive for 2 hours for work this evening and slight unconfort in the fistula area persists. Also a little oozing.

- Not much of pain.

- I went to local store and they dont carry any medicine on 1M potency. I will order tomorrow morning online and it will be shipped in few days.

Thanks for the response. Well i am not home and came out for work and will be home only on Friday night. Is that ok if I take hypericum on Friday ?

As you aksed ne to take cland off for. 5 days I took that with me. Sorry about it.

anal fistulas for one year - had x 2 surgeries next one booked in in march this year. complicated peri anal abscess (very deep) which has caused 2 fistulas. currently have draining seton in place since feb last year. last surgery was in may 2010 as the abscess came back really bad and had to be re drained again and the draining seton re placed. havent noticed seton really but it does flare up every now and then in that area - becomes tight, pain full, swallon. not itchy. draning every single day yellow thick liquid for a year. some time (rarely) blood comes out too. developed skin tags dow there no as well. i am sick of it! have tried silica didnt work, tried herbal remedies, antiobiotics, creams. i am too scared to take the seton out in case the big painfull abcess comes back again. my last x ray showed the abscess cavity had collapsed aroud the draining seton which is what the doctors wanted. now they want to remove the seton and insert the fistulas with fibrin glue to try and close them for ever.

please tell me what to do ! i am so sick of suffering from this condition and really dont want surgery number 3 . if it doesnt work then i will be having surgery number 4 anyway! there is only a 75% success rate for this surgery..... i dont want to be rushed into emergency room again either with a massive abscess. that was so horrible. the abcess made me feel so sick , painfull, nausea, fever, chills, head aches, fatigue.

please please give me some advice or try to help me !

- Just got home last night and took a dose of Hypericum.

- Well, for the past 3 days the one main symptom I observed is :

- Followed by that 1-2 drops of slight yellow color (almost like BM color)draining. Also few BM particles in it.

- Followed by that few drops of watery liquid with little blood mixed drained.

- After that no big issues though out the day.

Being this as a routine for the past 3-4 days, is this because the fistula track is still open and connected with BM track ? Just curious to know.

- I have also ordered 1M Merc Sol and should it sometime next week.

Nawaz, again I will be out of home next week also from Tue night until Friday night. Please let me know what medicines I need to take with me.

- Today few hours after BM, some liquid drained from Fistula. It was watery but little blood mixed.

- As usual, the initial drop was slight yellow in color.

- But in the afternoon, 2-3 drops slight yellow color pus drained which was little blood mixed and little thick as well.

- After that 2 drops of blood drained as well.

- Itching is reduced today.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

Also, I am travelling tomorrow afternoon and which medicine I should take with me. Please let me know.

I am already here out of home. I am taking calendula and hypericum as of today. Here is the update from me :

- last night some pus drained about 3-4 drops which was brown in color and thick.

- followed by that 2 drops of blood drained as well.

- not much of itching.

- there is a slight pain remains.

I am male 28 years old. Anal Fistula started me from october 2009. Initially i got this checked with the doc who said it is perinial absys. I took his medication and the boil which was formed near the anus area subsided. Then nearly after two moths in decemeber it reappered. The doctor advised me a surgery for the same but i was reluctant to it.

So i searched and found that homepathy could treat it without the surgery. I started off with doses of Hypersulph 200 twice a day which opened the boil and drained all the pus. Then i started taking silecia 200 twice a day and reduced the dosage of sulphur.

Maintaining and monitoring this combination the wound healed in september 2010 and has not reappeared uptil now. But the problem now that i have is that the fistula is not completly healed and for that i have started taking silecia 200 and Arnica 30 single dose/day.

THe cause of fistula for me was constipation. So i have changed my lifestyle, sleep 8 hrs, exercise and have proper meals with fiber content. Also i noticed there was lot of Gas formation so i started having Nux Vom 30 and 2 piceses of garlic every morning.

The problem and now my question is that fistulla has not completly healed and every few days i experience a little pain near the anal region. I found recently that
'Bacillinum' is used when the fistula is not cured completely. Can you please help me with this my patience has run out and im really trying hard to get rid of it.

Really appreciate any help on this.
