THanks for the response. I understand that there is no such remedy which could cure my Fistula overnight. But thats not the fact and I have to go trough the reality which I am. So, no issues.

Sure I will take Sulphur 200C tonight and tomorrow morning.

I hv started Ber val Q from y'day 30.05.11. so total 3 doses i hv taken.
the progress is.

1.this 7:00am morning while BM was clear & no pus& no blood.

2.while at bath 8:30am one drop of pus mixed with blood.

3.BM at 12:30pm one drop of thin blood.

oh dr. i forgot to thank you that i can hv ginger tea (which was stopped from past one year)n i want to ask that do i hv to follow some diet like, do not eat types.sply can i eat mango & FISH.

Dear Nawaz, hope you are doing well. Over past weekend, I was out on 2 day trip. Place of trip stay was damp and cold. Due to change in daily routine, I was not regular in taking Berb Vulg Q drops (took only one dose yesterday and day before). Till yesterday, I was having terrible discomfort in and around anus. Lot of itching and burning sensation around anus. Area had a bit of swelling on both side. Under garment had lot of blood on it as well. I sat in sitz bath yesterday after coming home.

Today things are much better in terms of blood drainage and itching/burning. Due to lack of proper sleeping conditions during trip, I am having body ache, pain and headache as well. Please advise how to control this seemingly out of control situation. Many Thanks !

Dear Nawaz, I had already taken Berb Vulg Q dose around 3 hours back. Can I still take Silicea 1M dose in evening ?

I also wanted to add as FYI that I took Silicea 1M dose around 9 days back.

Dear Nawaz

Please find the update below :

- Yesterday morning I had little more drainage.

- 1-2 drops of thick white color pus drained.

- 5-6 drops of blood drained as well.

- After that 1-2 drops of watery liquid drained.

- I felt little pain in the Fistula area.

- This morning after BM, not much of itching but 2-3 drops of slight white color pus drained as well.

- Followed by that 1-2 drops of watery liquid drained.

- Still noticing some oozing left in the fistula area.

- Slight pain remains in the fistula area.

- No remedies taken yesterday and today as well.

Please let me know what should I take now.

Hope you are doing well. I am back.

Still suffering with the problem.

Updates:

-> PUS: 8 to 10 drops, Brown after BM, very light yellow with watery liquid in the evening.

-> Pain: No

-> Burning: No

-> Itching : No

Medicines:

-> Apply Calendula tube on my upper and lower fistula

-> Calc Sulph 6X 4 tab 3 times a day

-> Hamamelis 10 drops 3 times a day

Nawaz plz help me out. What medicines should i start now.

Hi Nawaz

Amount of itching and burning sensation in anus region greatly reduced from yesterday.

Since morning felt sharp pain around fistula mount couple of times.

No drainage felt or observed so far today.

I am feeling very close to normal today. No drainage or itching as of this moment.

Dear nawaz,

last night was a nightmare for me.

At 9:35pm while urinating, blood drainedout like tape water, this week it is for the 3rd time it has happened to me.I M VERY SCARED......

since i m only loosing blood i hv become very week & my muscles are paining too much.

I stay in one of the coldest region in india.The Nilgiris(ooty) now the monsoon has started so the tepmrature in near freezing though no snowfall happens bue to nilgiris(eucaliptus)
y i mentioned all these??? b'coz in this climate also i feel very hot(spslly in my stomach) sometimes i sweat too. PLS HELP ME...

from past five yrs this fistula has made my life hell & i know there is no other option apart from HOMEOPATHY which can cure this disease.

SOME TIMES I FEEL WHETHER I WILL BE CURED FROM THIS??? OR I WILL DIE WITH THIS ???(SO MUCH OF BLOOD LOSS AT THE AGE OF 36 ).NO NO I M NOT LOOSING HOPE FROM LIFE. I HV FULL FAITH IN ALMIGHTY ALLAH.

- I had my Merc Sol 1M dose last night.

- No itching even after BM this morning and everything was normal.

- But around 2 PM started feeling the itching slightly and followed by that the oozing showed up.

- Around 5 PM when i got home, 2-3 drops of slight white & yellow color mixed ( may be BM) pus drained which was little thick.

- Nothing drained after that.

- Still noticing some oozing left.

- No itching / pain in fistula area.

Please let me know what should I take today / tomorrow.
