Dear nawaz

Today is the 8th day since i hv started hemmamelisQ the following is for your info.
1. 3 days before fistula was paining & burning now its all fine.
2. Constipation is the sever problem now feels heavy in the stomach but hv to put lot of pressure to pass it.
3. My right legs nerve is pulled some times & i get stuck up at that time it pains a lot
4. The right side of my hip(above the hip) is also paining.
5. I hv got small pimple or boil cannot differentiate & can’t even feel it but it pains a lot & has swollen too.


Doctor we are treating All our problems through homeopathy since last 30yrs from my mothers time .so i hv tries to learn (read) books of homeopaths like material medica by John henry clarc . principles & treatments of most common ailments, by Dr. Heriberto camacho Becerra. & many other Indian writers from india i m little hesitant to ask you if you could help me out to study in detail about this medical profession, i want to practice as a homeopath may be in future. Pls pls pls help me out/ guide me to be the one.

Dear Nawaz, hope you are doing well. There seems to be little change in my fistula condition. I am still seeing diluted blood on undergarment and TP after BM. Although I must admit that Alumen 30C doses are providing relief from discomfort.

Since yesterday I am having a bit of pain and uneasy feeling in stomach probably due to something I must have eaten. After BM yesterday evening, feeling of stomach clearing was not there and I had pain in anus/fistula region along with with blood flow from fistula. Nightly Alumen 30C dose did provide comfort to anus/fistula discomfort. However stomach discomfort was there even today.

Also I would like to mention is that for past few days whenever I eat bit more than normal (I know I should not) I get uneasy feeling in chest (sort of palpitations) and it gets better after couple of hours of eating.


I have completed 3 days of Alumen 30C doses. Please advise on which medicines to take now. Many Thanks !

PLEase find the update below:

- Today 2-3 drops of light yello mixed thick blood drained.

- Yesterday also the same.

- Today followed by that 2-3 drops of blood drained as well.

- Yesterday I noticed few BM particles in the pus that drained.

- No pain / itching after it drains.

- Took a dose of Burb Vulg Q last night and planning to take one dose tonight as well.

Please let me know what should I take.

Dear Nawaz, hope you are doing well. My fistula is holding fine, no blood but itching happens after BM. However my stomach is still not well. I am feeling bloated and had two BMs today which were greenish in color. I was at a picnic yesterday during the day where sun was there but it was chilly. I am not having cold or cough and neither running nose. For past two day I also feel bit nauseated after eating lunch and dinner. Nausea feeling goes away gradually after some time of taking food. Lot of gas is forming as well and BMs do not seem to be clearing the stomach. For past few weeks, I am told my breath of bad too.

Please advise if I need to continue with Alumen 30 dose or take some other medicine.

Dear Nawaz, good to see you reply. I was uncomfortable so took couple of doses of Merc Sol 200 (Sorry !). One yesterday night and one today morning.

Is it ok to start NV 30 dose from tonight ? Right now I am feeling pressure in stomach after every big meal and need to rush to restroom. I have had three BMs since morning but stomach does not seem to clear even after three visits. Saw bit of red blood from fistula as well on TP after BM.


There is lot of rumbling going on in stomach and not much of gas is passing through. Hopefully NV30 doses will address this and other stomach ailments.

I know it's late night for you. But please respond if possible.

the following progress is for your info.

*Only two drops of blood oozed y’day no pain no itching.
*Today is the 6th day i hv been taking Alumina30, i did take hypricum 200 as i got the pain.
*My right hip is paining since last two days,which was relieved by taking hypricum.

Dear Nawaz, hope you are doing well. My stomach is almost back to normal. Though I still feel heavy after lunch or dinner and I can feel heart palpitations too till after some time of meal. Feeling of nausea has almost cured but not gone completely.

These days, on some days, I get headache too in mornings after getting up. I didn't have these before.

Fistula is doing ok. I observed some red blood streaks after BM on TP. I still feel itch and tenderness in fistula at times.


Please advise.
