Hi Sir,

I am very happy with fistula track. Because since last 24hrs, I didn't saw any kind of pus or blood from that area. There is no pain too.

But my anus is paining (lower side) and uncomfortable to sit. While bowl, I felt lot of pain. After cleaning also also the pain is existing. I felt some pain is there in between my anus lips. If I crossed my legs, the pain is little bit more. And also its burning too.

I am done with Berberis Vulgaris Q, 11 drops mixed in 1/4th glass of mineral water, 1 time a day, for these 7 days.

For pain, I took Hypericum 200c one dose for these 7 days.

Please suggest me next course of action.

Hi Sir,

Yesterday I took Lycopodium 1M 1 dose.

Anus pain and burning is reduced.

But thick yellow color pus (9 to 12) drops following 3 to 4 drops blood came from fistula track. Little bit discomfort while sitting(little bit pain). In standing position, I didn't have any pain.

Please suggest me next course of action.

Hope you are doing good. Please find the update below:

- fistula was quiet for the past few days.

- but noticed slight discomfort today and this evening 1-2 drops of watery brown color liquid drained. It also had few BM particles in it.

- not taking any medicine now.

- finished taking 3 doses of cals phos 200 few days back itself.

- noticing slight swelling in the fissure area and some slight discharge in that occasionally. It was sometime light blood mixed and sticky.

Please let me know Powhatan should I do now.

My Situation very good now. No pain, no itching in these 3 days. Little bit hard at fistula track(surroundings) but no pain. Pus discharge also very very less. May be 1 drop I think yesterday. I don't know about the pus color. Because it is dried at track. Today there is no single drop pus discharge.

Anus burning and pain also cured. I am very very happy with current situation.

A quick update,

Today I saw blood in bowl. After bowl my anus is burning.

At the bowl time also I had some pain too.

At Fistula track: No pain and no pus too.

Can I continue with suggested remedy Lycopodium 200C ?

'Lycopodium 200C, 1 dose every 3rd day, for 1 week'

Means, If I took 1 dose today,

Next dose will take after 3 days ie., 4th day of the week

And next dose will take on 7th day.

Right?

Please find the update below :

- noticed yesterday some swelling in the fistula nd so some pain as well.

- It was little harder around the fistula and looks like something collected but not able to drain.

- Later in the day more drops ( around 15 - 20 drops) of blood drained

- The morning again some blood mixed sticky pus drained as well.

- But noticing sill more swelling and pain remains as well..

- if I press on the side of the swelling some blood drains as well. But not pressing much.

- Pain increase as things are draining well.

- Took a dose of hypericum 200 for pain.

- Had a drink in weekend and not sure thats caused that. But jut one drink normally doesn't do this much so not sure.


- Still the area around fistula is hard and more painful. Its been a long time since I faced this kind of stage in fistula.

Please let me know what should I take now.

update: no more swelling and pus for the past 2 weeks.

currently, there is slight itching from time to time. today after BM, I washed my anus with warm water and wiped and there was blood.

Should I continue to use the Berberis Vulgaris 1x instead?

- since yesterday noticing more pain inside the anus.

- also for the first time noticed quiet a bit of blood afte BM in the tissue.

- not sure it's my piles

- piles never blended so far.

- the bleeding after BM was there today also.

- but the anus pain is reduced a bit today.

- no spicy food intake or any change in food. It's all normal food only.

- noticing the external piles hanging out also. But not painining. Pain mostly inside the anus this time.

Finished taking burb vulg q with today. .
