How are you doing? No, I did not miss your post. I needed more time to analyze the whole situation. As you know, we are again dealing with your internal piles, external piles and fistula. Thanks God, your fissure is not causing any pain right now? In my considered opinion, some of your symptoms relating to internal and external piles were not brought forward on time or you did not know about the pain that was due to piles. We were always thinking that your pain, pus and bleeding is always from fistula.
'Nawaz, do you think this piles is disturbing the Fistula healing a lot?'
Yes, because, your fistula and fissure are the extensions of your piles.
'Do I need to get surgery done for the piles ?'
No, I will never recommend surgery for your multiple problems. As the surgery is only local cure for the time being. The root cause is still there. Piles will reappear again with more issues.
'I remember few of my friend had done some laser surgery for piles in India and got it fixed. Would it work here also? '
Yes, you are right. But, it is a temporary cure. The problem will come back.

There must be a gap of 8 hours then, only take one dose of BV Q, 11 drops mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water.

Not sure if my mental state has changed much. I am more relaxed because of the weekend but back at work today and the stress will come back
The symptoms: yellowish pus with little blood when I wipe is draining. Fistula mount is a little tender and little itchy.
I took the calc Phos this morning. Forgot I was suppose to stop after 2 days
Also I have another question-is it ok to mix all remedies in the same cup when taken or should they be separated. I have been mixing :/
How should I continue? I have the other two things u told me to get

Sorry I missed your poast last night. I will take Thuja 1M tonight and update you.
Also, here is the udpate:
- Even today the same that after BM pain started inside the anus. BM was constipated as well.
- 2-3 drops of pus thats in half white color pus drained. Followed by that few drops of watery blood drained.
I have ordered all the medicines that you asked me and should be getting it before this week. Once i get it will update you.

Dear Nawaz, hope you are doing well. I took BV Q 10 drops couple of days back and Staph 200 doses for last two nights (did not take BV Q dose yesterday).
Mentally I am feeling slightly better but fistula seems to have flared. There is small bit of blood drainage and I am still seeing blood on TP after BM. There is itching and discomfort around fistula as well.
Couple of days back when I took BV Q 10 drops, I had strange pain in abdomen/kidney area. I am not sure if it related to BV Q dose or not.
Please advise. Many Thanks !

Even this morning BM was constipated and the pain started after BM.
I am facing this issue for the first time 2 weeks in a row almost. Not sure what changed Nawaz. Any idea? ?
I have to put a lot of pressure with pain for the BM and its never like that before. I am worried now and afraid that is there any new complication started.?? I pray God and wish NO for that.

When I said I 'mixed' I meant in a cup of water I would put the required doses that u told me to. Now I am taking them separately. Calendula and hypericm in the morning and then continuing with hypericum 2 more times. I stopped BV yesterday because my cycle started. I didn't take more than u told me to.
There is yellow pus coming out. No pain. Little blood today. Maybe a drop. I am getting some clarity on some things in my personal life and hopefully something positive at work. So I am trying to stay positive. Some stress at work but it is dying down.

Dear Nawaz, I did not take any medicine today and I am planning on skipping the 3rd dose of Staph 200. Discomfort in fistula has increased and I can feel drainage from it. Please advise when you get a chance. Many Thanks !
