Dear Nawaz

Mentally I am fine though feel exhausted at times. I am not having insomnia problem but my sleep is very scratchy. I am not able to sleep through the night peacefully as I wake up quite a few times during night and when I finally get up in morning, feeling of freshness is not there.

I have BV 30 and Q with me. I have had BV 30 in the past but it has not helped like BV Q does.

Please advise and let me know if any more information is required from my side.

Hi Nawaz, I saw your reply this morning. I took Hypericum 200 dose yesterday evening. Though unralted to this dose, today morning blood noticed on TP after BM was more. Does it warrant BV Q dose ?

Please find the update below:

- yesterday, some pus drained in the afternoon followed by some itching.

- The pus was watery and blood mixed in few drops.

- Yesterday after BM also I felt some pain in the external pilesgrowth that is hanging out. BM was little hard but it was OK. The pain faded away after few hours.

- Last night suddenly I felt severe itching in my both eyes and it turned red.

- I had to take some allergy tablet one dose last night after that it was OK.

- But I still feel some itching in my eyes. Not sure whether its some seasonal allergic. Also I mowed my lawn last evening and its worsened after that thought I felt itching and redness in my eye yesterday noon itself.

- This morning 1-2 drops of slight white color and blood mixed pus drained. Even today after BM I am feeling a slight pain in the rectum area inside.

- Is there any other medicine I can take for this allergic ? Please let me know.

- I took Ferr Phos 30 yesterday 3 doses.

Now these days less than half drop of pus is draining, no itching, no bleeding, no burning.

Could you plz suggest me remedy which helps me to cure 100%.

Please find the update below:

- For the past 2 days after took SUlpur 200C the pus was redcued.

- It drained in few drops which was blood mixed.

- But the BM was tight past 2 days. I feel some constant pain in the rectum area inside.

- Also feel the pain in the external pilesgrowth.

- Still some oozing and pin remains in the fistula mount.

- My allergy is still bothering me with some cold and itchy/watery eyes. This is the first time I am getting this allergy. Any medicine for this ?

- No other medicine except Sulphur 200c was taken on past 3 days.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

Also, I am travelling tonight and will be back on Thursday night only. Please let me know what all medicines you want me to carry.

Hi Raj,

I am very happy after my ayurvedhic operation. Now my health is getting better day by day by the grace of god!

last time you asked me the same question but i didn't answer. Because I was not sure about the rate of successful. Now i would like to share my experience with you all.

I went through the ayervedhic operation, its a long term and pain full process. Duration of the cure will be decided on the basis of deepness of your fistula. Like my fistula was 6 CM deep so it took 6 to 8 weeks to be cured.

In this operation surgeon try to find out the track of fistula and insert the medicated thread in the track and tied it tightly. You will have to be on bed for 1 or 2 days then u can go to your work. Every week you have to visit the surgeon and get change the thread. Changing of thread is really very pain full because its done without giving anesthesia.

Deepness of fistula will decreases gradually. And after some weeks the thread will automatically drop out. Once the process is complete the fistula track cured completely.

Medicine which i have taken after my operation:
Pain Killers, Some ayurvedhic medicine for good digestion and anti infection ayurvedic medicine.

- I took Ars Alb 200 only tonight.

- I also took Hypercium in the afternoon.

- I will take Calendula Q from tomorrow.

- Yesterday and today some pus drained in 2-3 drops which was thick and half white color.

- Followed by that some liquid mixed with blood drained.

- After that 1-2 drops of blood mixed pus drained.

- No itching.

-Some pain and oozing still remains.

- Allergy is little better and no sneezing.

- But some irritation in eyes still remains and using some drops for that.
