good morning

last nogt i could sleep for 5hrs in one stretch at5:00am i had to go for urination,after that no sleep.at the time of urinating bo blood is observed it is 6:30 now.

i hv not taken any medicines since y'day morning,the pain situation is the same like yday' 20% reduction in the pain.'
but i can not walk even for 2min...this is irritating,my bones are paining spslly both my knee n below the knee(leg bone)& both side ribs, though my hip pain(spondilysis)has reduced by 40%.
i will inform you wholedays progress in my next post

*the blood is from fistula.
*piles-no pain, no itching now (yday for 1-2 min) but when i sit bown (no matter what surface it is) it feels hard down there.

today only one single thin drop of blood dripped from fistula in the morning6:00am after that no blood at all.

fistula: no pain, no itching

piles: no pain no itching

leg pain: lower body (spondilysis) pain has reduced to 40% but rises in the evening.
knee,below knee pain has reduced to 30-40%.
Headech has gone.
i will take the exceptional doses for two time for two days,which i will start from today evening.

i will inform you tomorrow about the progress.

Yea I took a dose of Hepar sulph 200c last night.

- felt slight itching in the evening around fistula.

- there is a slight oozing.

- no BM today yet and so no issues so far.

I shall keep you updated later today as well.

Please let me know what should I take today and tomorrow.

Also this week I am home and not traveling.

I had taken allopathy pain killer before taking Arnica 200C. After taking Arnica i have not taken any other pain killer.

-Pain: Today i got up without any pain in my wound. After BM i feel little bit burning and pain, and taken sitz bath for the pain relief.

Now again i am normal but when i stand for long time it pain me and feel like something is forceing outside my wound, i would say feel some weight inside the wound which is trying to come outside. When i lying on the bed it becomes normal.

Medicine: Since day before yesterday i have not taken any medicine till yet.

Today's health news is

we went to tea gardan on the hills, where cars has no access, so all of us had to walk for a mile(1 km)up & down so total 2 kms.SHUKRA ALLHAMDULILLAH I WALKED, till y'day i was crying for 2min today i walked for 2hrs relatively less very less pain, i m so greatful to allah Swt & you. thank you.
but now it is paining toomuch.
*Also last night i slept for total 6n1/2 hrs i m very happy to see myself improving physically & mentally.

I M TRULY HAPPY....

*Headech is reduced but only on leftside was painig in the morning.

*Fistula:no pain,itching last night for 2 n 1/2 hrs, single drop of thin blood drained.

*piles:no pain, no itching.

*leg pain: last night only right part of my body was paining head to toe, specially from ribs to hip.
No pain on left part.

**I M TAKING AXCETIONAL DOSE TWICE DAILY 3-0-3.

im taking exceptional doses, today is the last day i wll be taking 2doses today.

last night i could sleep for 5hrs.

Fistula: no pain, no itching, beeing has reduced viz.only sticking to my undergarment(nodrop,no dripping).

Piles: no pain, no iching,
last night itching started in the anal opening stayed for 30min.

Leg pain: right part of the body is paining from ribs to knee but is reduced from y'day.

headech: started last night only for 10-15min.

Leg pain:pain hs reduced, but it is still there,knee n below the knee is paining only when i touch hem.
my right part of the body is painig from head to toe,but the pain has reduced from before.

mentally i m little relaxed than before, and aso hv slept last night for 6 to 6n1/2hrs.
i m nottaking any medecines.

Dear Nawaz

I hope you are doing good ad had a great July 4th.

Please find the update below:

- Starting this weekend, I havent had the usual BM cycles. Sometime I had in the evening and sometimes I had late in the day. I normally have it in the morning as first thing.

- Also, the BM again started coming through the fistula for the past 3 days.

- So, the usual cycle of itching, oozing and draining is starting again.

- There is no change either in food or sleep in these days.

- I am taking Hepar Sulph 200c one dose a night.

- There is some pain in the fistula as the oozing there most of the time.

- I took a dose of Hypericum 200C last evening.

- Today after BM, one drop of white color pus drained which was little thick.

- After that few stools drained via fistula.

- Followed by that 1-2 drops of watery liquid drained as well.

- I noticed the watery liquid mixed with some blood.

- Last week the stools didnt get through the fistula and so it was very much quiet without much of issues. Not sure why its started again this week.

- Is that Hepar Sulph is not working so effectively in my body and so fistula is reacting again ? Please let me know. Sorry if I am wrong.

Nawaz, please let me know what should I continue with ?

I am home this week and not travelling so have access to all the medicines that I got :)
